I must say that I was very scared to purchase this brand of hot tube. My first time of setting one up. Instructions very clear and easy to read/understand. Air pump is built in so you just turn the machine on. Thick material even for children. Like others you have to wait a few days for the water to be the right temperature. I am very impressed.

This thing is awesome and, to my surprise, works as advertised. Got it after we spent a bunch of money on our home renovation and didn’t have any money left for a pool. Kids are loving it, my husband loves it and I do too! Also, think it’s pretty great that the heater and everything is in the wall of the tub so it looks a lot more sleek (as sleek as an inflatable hot tub can look). Bought submersible LED lights and it looks really cool at night. Recommend!!

I was skeptical to purchase bought for my husbands birthday put a grass carpet underneath and we are very pleased with it it does take 30 hrs to heat up we let ours heat for two days and it’s great .... wonderful purchase

After two days it started to leak, there was more water outside than in. Tried to fix the leak without any luck so I have resigned myself to replacing about a foot of water a day.

worked for 1 week - pump burned up. had electrician look at it, says it is not repairable. have contacted seller and amazon and have heard nothing from either.

When I received it after ward it started leaking air.

This is the best inflatable hot tub I have ever owned. Over the years I have bought a few different brands and sizes. I will tell you right now. Do not waste your time with others. This is the last one you will ever buy. It is so easy to set up, maintain, and just kick back and relax. So very glad to have found this one. Thanks Superbuy!!!! Great product!!!!!

This tub arrived with a broken seam - the company suggested patching it rather than offering to replace. We did patch it, but within a couple of weeks it was unusable.Also - we looked for replacement filters and were not able to find them. We didn’t have the pool working long enough to need one anyway, but I’m imagining this being a big problem if you did manage to get this pool up and running for a while.Overall we are really unhappy with this purchase.
