This thermal printer is a total game changer! I am so glad I bought it - no regrets here! For the price you can't beat this. I found it relatively easy to understand how to use it after careful following of directions. I also received a prompt reply from customer service when I had a question. Seems like they want you to succeed with using their product, and make that achievable through the instruction booklet, videos, and customer service. Buy it!

Out of all the thermal printers available on this platform I decided to go with this one and it did not disappoint! Works great and labels come out well aligned with dark text printing. I recommend this printer for your shipping needs. Only con is that it does not come with a label holder but laying it on a flat surface is ok for the time being

This printer was super easy to set up, the price was great, and it prints super fast. My only complaint is that the letters/words/numbers do not come out in full. They're almost faded and not dark enough. I had to go into printer settings and turn the darkness all the way up and even that has not solved the issue. I even changed papers and nothing. If it didn't have this issue it would have been a perfect label printer.

labels from etsy will not orient with the software used. You can not print from your phone like it advertises. I have yet to figure out how to print from my PC as their customer service is trash and hasnt responded to calls emails or the live chat they offer.

I had issues for a few minutes when I installed the driver from the USB, but I went online and downloaded the driver there and it worked perfectly so I'd recommend doing the online driver instead of trying the driver's on the USB.

I started thinking that I received a defective product when setting up the Jiose thermal label printer. After several days of trying different things to load its driver on my desktop computer, I finally thought of trying the idea to set it up on my laptop instead. Following Jiose’s excellent setup instructions once more, the printer was recognized by my laptop in short order. Printing a Windows test page from the laptop resulted in a flawless print on one of the Jiose’s included 4” X 6” labels. One of the printer drivers on my desktop computer must have been preventing the Jiose printer driver from loading.I ordered the Jiose thermal label printer to serve as an inexpensive way of creating black and white wine bottle labels. As a winemaker, I’ve always liked the look of black-and-white printed labels on commercial wine bottles and hoped the Jiose thermal label printer could produce similar labels. Unfortunately, the thermal printer wasn’t up to the task. While the Jiose printer had no problem with simple black-and-white graphics, it does not print shades of grey. All greys are printed in dark black. However, simpler graphics are printed acceptably, like the label with the black and white grapes. A slightly wavy line on a different test label didn’t print solidly.The Jiose thermal printer is designed to print shipping labels and, based on my experience, it does that well. An outstanding feature of the printer is that it needs no ink, thus making it inexpensive to use. However, this thermal printer does not have the fine-line reproduction capability that graphic printing calls for.Although the Jiose thermal printer didn’t do what I had hoped, its ability to flawlessly print shipping labels makes it a keeper. My kids and I are always shipping things to each other and this new printer makes doing so easier.
