Can these be plugged into an Xbox one S?

They can but without a pc almost all of the cool lighting effects and simulated surround sound won’t work.

does this speaker supports 220-240 volt? (euro-uk)

There's a picture in this review that has a picture of the back. It shows input of 100 to 240v. http://www.legitreviews.com/logitech-g560-lightsync-pc-gaming-speakers-review_203645/2

Could this be linked to a tv?

These speakers support USB and AUX inputs. You can connect these to a TV via AUX cable but the lighting feature relies on the micro usb input.

these or Audio Engine A2+?

I went with the G560’s as you’ll need to spend additional funds on a sub for the A2+.
