I have a counter top ice maker that has a HUGE thick cord. I've tried so many different cord 'keepers' and it's just hard with the cord is super thick. These 'snap clips' however, are the perfect, working solution. You just wrap it around the folded cord and it keeps it the cord wrapped up and tidy. Super easy to install and remove, which is also key. The snap clip is made from a silicone or silicone like material. I love it and I would buy these again. Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. they really need to be 8-10 inches to wrap bundle of fishing rodsfor transport

I recently tried SnapClips storage straps and they exceeded my expectations. The design is simple yet effective, providing a convenient way to organize and store various items. I have used them to organize the mess that was left behind the electrical panel in our house as well as all of the cables behind our tv/entertainment console. My wife immediately wanted to purchase more to help with packing beauty items for travel (blow dryer, curling iron, straightener, makeup brushes etc). The uses for these straps are endless! The durable materials ensure longevity and the adjustable straps make them versatile for many different uses. Overall, SnapClips are a practical solution for tidying up spaces and I highly recommend them! Already buying more!

They are too bully and take up too much room. Expensive for only 2.

It didn’t hold as tight as Velcro would have.

Pros:- strong- decent hold once engagedCons:- they don't "snap" into place quite as naturally as I would have hoped- kind of bulky (though I suppose that's a small price to pay for a strong hold)These work like those slap-on bracelets that were popular in the late '80s - you store it stretched out flat, then you slap it onto the cord you want to wrap with it. It has "teeth" on either end so it can grab onto itself, though they don't always engage very cleanly. It's not too difficult to adjust it a little to make it engage fully, though, so it's not bad.It's nice to be able to reuse them, and once engaged, they do hold pretty well, so all in all, we're pretty happy with them.

Product feels very solid, the 12inch ones are great for keeping thicker cords in place. Ex: extension cords, multiple power cords. Made cable managing my media center a breeze.The 6inch one are good for smaller cords. Ex: computer peripherals, cable chargers. Definitely helped clean up the rats nest behind my PC.
