This book was perfectly written and has given me so much peace to know Iâm not alone, step by step bullet points are well organized. I feel much better after implementing parts of this book and also know that the things Iâve been feeling, seeing, and knowing are real. I think Disney movies often say it well, itâs not the crazy ones that are insane.

Good Intro. Human Empath Abilities- Falls Short On "Scientific-Medical Integration" Thus 4-Stars!
Empath: A Complete Guide for Developing Your Gift and Finding Your Sense of SelfPaperback â November 28, 2017by Judy Dyer (Author) is a great insight into inherent Empathic abilities or traits in some people. As Mrs. Dyer very clearly articulates, many famous actors, and other prominent personages re in fact Empaths. Oddly, according to some very highly educated and well-regarded Mental Health professionals at places like the US Department of Veterans Affairs, for instance, Empaths do in fact exist, and as described by Mrs. Dyer in this book do supposedly meet the criteria for such DSM-V diagnosisâs as bi-polar disorder, but are not bi-polar but in a different category all unto themselvesâŚ.????Interesting, as this in in keeping with such film as âAmerican Ultraâ- available at Amazon.com and books like âOperation Paperclipâ by Annie Jacobsen per her bookâs index on pages 302,371 and 449 and also available at Amazon.com, as would not Empaths be more than perfect test subjects of all sorts of scientific research into the âboundariesâ of the human mind???? This is sort of reiterated in books like âLey Lines of the UK and USA: How Ley Lines were used by the Church, Royalty, City Planners and the Freemasonsâ Paperback â June 12, 2014â by David Cowan (Author), Anne Silk (Author) where the authors cite US Military utilizing âdowsingâ rods in the US Vietnam War and available at Amazon.com as well as various internet sites. Additionally, in âDowsing for Beginners: How to Find Water, Wealth & Lost Objectsâ (For Beginners (Llewellyn's)) Kindle Edition by Richard Webster (Author) at Amazon.com, on page-87 cites âIn the First World War, dowsers found water for the troops in the desert, The Germans used dowsers to follow the movements of British warships during the second World War.â This makes one wonder if this was not in fact under the direction of the German âAhnenerbe,â which there is great amount of information available on internet, like Wikipedia, and other books at Amazon.com, as would not the German Military at the time, or many others employing dowserâs want people highly in tune with not only other people but ânatureâ itself, such as Mrs. Dyer so greatly describes in this book????Additionally, per author âThe Paradigm: The Ancient Blueprint That Holds the Mystery of Our Timesâ Hardcover â September 19, 2017 by Jonathan Cahn (Author) the author assertâs, for example on pages 50-51 of his book that fascination this sort of topic or topics(?) even extend into the US White House, under the Clinton Administration, with such personalities as âJean Houstonâ whom author on page-50 asserts âwas one of most prominent new age leaders in the world.â This, makes one think additionally, of other things like the various claims several US Presidents are âgeneticallyâ linked back to the English âRoyal Family.â And hence, further makes one think that through the âagesâ if Empaths were in fact not sought after as âoraclesâ or âpriestâsâ or even âlaw-giversâ and trusted with items like the biblical breast plate of the high-priest of the Temple and its numerous stones or gems with various âmystical propertiesâ- see for example âTwelve Breastplate Stones: The Twelves in Scriptureâ (Time Book 14) Kindle Edition by Gael Bataman (Author), Kazi Tsadaka (Editor), David Bataman (Photographer) and the search for DNA blood-lines, such as in books like âJesus' Family Tree: Seeing God's Faithfulness in the Genealogy of Christâ Kindle Edition by Rose Publishing (Author) to hopefully, perhaps finally or once again âunlockâ the hidden or occulted? (Also see perhaps Star of David Silver and Gold plated Mezuzah hoshen stones. 3.5 Inches and comes with The priestly breastplate by Holy Land Market at Amazon.com)Once again, would not Empathâs, as Mrs. Dyer describes them, in fact be ideal candidates in todayâs age for perhaps such an endeavor, like the legendary âSword In the Stoneâ of King Author legendâŚwere only a true descendant could pull the sword from the stone????? Anyway, makes one wonder, and has not science and technology finally, perhaps reached the point that âunlockingâ mysteries scientifically is more than possible???On page 24 Mrs. Dyer, discusses the Mediumistic capabilities of Empathâs under âChapter 3 Understanding Energy.â Additionally, in this Chapter she discusses the importance of the âsunâ and âEarthâ in coping with Empathic abilities among other things. This leads one to wonder if Empathâs might also be better assisted with understating âastronomyâ with such books available at Amazon.com as âNightWatch: A Practical Guide to Viewing the Universe Hardcoverâ-spiral â September 12, 2006 by Terence Dickinson (Author), Adolf Schaller (Illustrator), Timothy Ferris (Foreword) and books on Astrology like âModern Astrology: Harness the Stars to Discover Your Soul's True Purposeâ by Louise Edington | Nov 13, 2018 at Amazon.com as well.Anyway, perhaps a good and âinexpensiveâ test Empathic abilities is in fact âdowsingâ and dowsing rods, such as âCopper Dowsing Rods with Bag and Bookletâ by It's Your Journey , also at Amazon.com. At one shot, this would test multiple âenergyâ sources and Empath could possible tap into, without even perhaps knowing themselves????? Hopefully, Mrs. Dyer, in perhaps future works will explore something along this avenue as well as integration of âscientificâ disciplines such as modern medicine, biology, physics, engineering disciplines and psychology/psychiatry into a full body of no longer âoccultedâ inherent human abilities-traits?????In conclusion, this is a beyond good introduction into the âexplorationâ and âunderstandingâ of human empathic abilities, but falls somewhat short on âscienceâ thus the 4-Star Rating awarded.

Plants a perspective worth thinking about, good 2 hour read
This was an interesting book, not sure what I was getting into, my search started around divorce, this seemed interesting and got me thinking on a new level. The take away I got is life is about energy, we all have it, we all have subconscious instincts allowing us to sense and send energy in social situations. The personality type talked about Empath, is more in tune with this understanding but everyone gets it to a degree. What I liked about this book are the lessons and advice on how to channel and manage your energy and having the power to tune out negative energy when sensed from people around you in social situations. Provides a smart approach to dealing with social anxiety by fully understanding and managing your own energy with the ability ti filter out the negative. Also good point on making a habit to not hold on to negative energy which we tend to do when dealing with undesirable situations as it just holds us back and best to deal with it and put it behind. So this entire concept of having energy bandwidth, up to us how we want to use it and if we get it right our lives can be significantly simplified and more in tune with the physical world we live in. That was my take away, I thought some of the oils and stones were a bit lofty but overall a good read.

Great read for learning more about being an Empath!
I liked this book because of the topic which is one that is not one spoken of very much.I wish I had this knowledge when I was growing up! Having said that, as an adult who is an Empath, this book first confirmed and validated the fact that yes I am an Empath which I've been told, but never understood. The second thing this book really helped me to understand was just how to deal with living life as an Empath. For the longest time I couldn't help but wonder what is wrong with me, or am I even cursed? That's how different growing up being an Empath can be.This book gives many useful ways (practical ways) on not only how to get through life being an Empath, but also thriving and even helping others, if you're called to do so.Additionally, there is the FB group which I've just joined and has already been an invaluable tool to not only be around other like minded individuals, but to also learn additional skills and build lasting friendships!I don't normally write reviews, but this is a topic that is so near and dear to me that I couldn't help but to give back not only to the author, Judy Dyer, but to any other Empath unsure if this book is for them. I can assure you that it is all that and much more.
