I've used this many time. Very high quality. It is very comfortable. I lay a large towel down before getting in. You will sweat, a lot. Once I finish with it, I wipe it off and let it cool completely. Then it is easily folds up and you put back in its bag, with handles, so you can take it anywhere.Great value for the price, your not going to find anything that works this well for this price. It has multiple temperature settings. You can vary the time up to an hour. I set it on the highest temperature setting for an hour and once it shuts off I stay in it for another hour. It stays very hot once it shuts off so you continue to sweat as long as your zipped up inside.
