Haven’t used much
I bought this in Jan 2024, turned it on and set it up. From the little time I spent on it every thing moved smooth and super fast.Im just now using it again for the first time since January, to my surprise it turned on after sitting for 7 months and the battery had barely moved.For me that’s a plus, because with previous laptops I always had to charge them up before it would even turn on.However, while typing this review the battery has gone down very quickly within 10 minutes.

computer disappointment
Worst computer I have ever used. It performs as if used but was supposed to be and looks new. I have owned, easily set up and operated computers for years and this computer was time consuming and slow it changes set ups each time turned on. My 10-year-old HP works better

Scam
This laptop worked pretty well at first until I started to notice chattering noises from underneath, there was red blinking and the fan just kept going off even when nothing was open, and I checked everywhere for help but it seems like it was the laptops fault, its built insanely poorly on the inside and there was no thought process behind it all, this is a huge scam waste of your money and time better off saving up for a 700-1000 dollar laptop.

Don't waste your money
Bought in January 2024 and the USB ports stopped working in September 2024. There are no driver updates available as it says generic hardware with no manufacturer name to go to to look for hardware updates.

this is a nice laptop , and good price, But, the charger keeps falling out, and won’t hold a charge for 30 min

Poor Support - if anything goes wrong you're out of luck - AVOID this product
My power cord attachment is very thin and fragile. It broke after only 4 months and THERE ARE NO OTHER aftermarket power cords that fit this computer including the one advertised on Amazon as the "Maypug power cord"... Attempts to reach the manufacturer directly for assistance were futile rendering this product useless after only 4 months as it can no longer be re-charged. There is a reason this product's price is so low..
