Our daughter bought one of these and we were impressed by the number of features it had. Simple to install and you can open and lock it numerous ways. Great lock at a great price.

We followed the instructions to the T and the keypad would not work. We couldn’t even use the factory codes. App install was easy but we couldn’t even change the code via the App.

Works well and easy set up. Love fingerprint option. Only thing I can am slightly sad about is, it doesn’t connect via WiFi so I can’t unlock from wherever I am. Bluetooth connects to app when I’m near the lock.

Pros:I loved the simplicity of installing this lock everything fit together perfectly i didnt have to make any alterations to the door.setting it up.The lock durable make of steel and thick plastic components. Its not bulky and looks sharp.I was able to program codes for entry for all of my family members I just added them to my profile and assigned a name to the code. Which is way easier than making separate accounts for each family member.The keys worked beautifully the first time.The finger print scanner works well for my younger family members. It's difficult if your finger is bigger than the reader.Cons: There is no clock feature to set the locks to lock at a specific time there is only an auto lock feature that goes up to 90 seconds. If you have children or a big family that come and go the batteries die quickly to the point it can't secure the lock. I bought Duracell optimum and it lasted just under a week. I went through several packs of batteries. After the 3rd week i decided to disabled the auto lock feature. Now we just manually lock it whenever we leave the house and before we go to sleep and this pack of batteries has lasted over 2 weeks.

I love my door lock, it was very easy to put together. This lock is wonderful and works perfectly, the quality the fingerprint reader is fast and reliable. I would recommend this Lock.

I bought this for our new house and couldn't bring myself to put holes in our door for it. The look of it is great, but when I connected the wires, it seemed like it would work half the time and wouldn't the other half. This may have been because the batteries had been sitting in the box with it for a while, or maybe the wiring is not the best and most secure. I could have definitely played with it more and gotten it to work fine but I will be buying a better quality product if I am going to drill into my beautiful door for it. Overall, I can say that if you get a good one, this price is amazing compared to other ones I've seen. Maybe I just got the unlucky one.

For the value, this is a good entry-level electronic keyless deadbolt. It can be programmed to have multiple door code combinations, opened manually in case you need it, and has an "auto-lock" feature - good if someone in the household forgets to lock the door! It can be controlled wirelessly, as well, via bluetooth. It "beeps" a warning when the batteries run low. Like I said, for the value, this is an excellent choice. I've had it for about half a year now, and it has served us well.

I still haven't gotten this door lock to connect to my wifi or my bluetooth. I thought this would be a great addition to my home but still haven't gotten it to work. It is easy to install but connecting it has been a challenge.
