I purchased this for my husband to use on the Blackstone and I use it more than him. This cover works like a dream. I use it once a week to cook cinnamon rolls on the Blackstone. It seals on the griddle and is like baking in an oven. Very easy to use. Covers a large area and very easy to clean. Don't spend the money on the higher end stuff. This works really well for the amount you spend.

Cheap
I used this a couple of times and ever time I put it on the griddle it warps with the heat. That leave gaps for heat to escape. It is made of cheap tin.
