Good product at fair price

As usual it came within a couple days of ordering. The first couple of times it worked fine....then a few hours later (after turning it off and turning it on again) it wasn't as bright and I noticed a few tiny lights weren't working.????Judy

The media could not be loaded. I was super excited to get this and the looks of it is great however the light isn’t turning on. I looked to see if it requires batteries and in the product details it says “batteries required- no” but in the product information it says 2 lithium polymer batteries are required. So do I need to get batteries or is it faulty and if I do where do you even change the batteries or see which you need exactly. It doesn’t come with any information. I don’t know if I need to send it back or not??
