A much enjoyed learning experience for my 5 year old granddaughter. An opportunity to practice writing skills and buy stamps... and a walk to the postbox to post the carefully crafted cards. Excellent!

A lovely book of postcards illustrated by flower fairy artist Cecely Mary Barker. Each card is different and can be used for thank you cards or just regular notes. Children will love them.

Beautiful set of postcards. Everyone that I have sent to so far has commented on how pleased they were to receive them.

My granddaughter used these cards to write her own thank-you letters, and everyone who received one was so pleased, and said they will keep them as a special memory.

I bought this as a present for my grown up daughter as she had this on her wish-list. I have to admit that I did have a look through them all very carefully and I know she will like them. I know they are meant to be sent, but I can imagine that she will keep them all and even frame a few.

Awesome postcards book. I just love it. You will find most beautiful Flower fairies by C.M. Barker in this wonderful book. You can use it like a book or you can share with your friends by sending the cards. Cards are easy to take of the book.

Picture quality and paper quality are great. I am very happy about it. Except for the lines are not so straight - they are not aligned with the card edge. Overall I like this postcard book a lot! :)

these r really beautiful post cards _ the book contains 30 cards featuring flowers & fairies. book arrived in pristine condition- price tag shows $7.99 U.S. & $8.99 Canada_ i was fortunate to buy for $5.32_ even at $8-ish it's a good deal_ it's like paying $1 for 4 high quality post cards. i originally purchased this because i thought these were the type that we could color ourselves- but i'm so glad i was wrong- i never could have colored them as beautifully as Cicely Mary Barker Biography Cicely Mary Barker was born in 1895 in Croydon, South London, and spent most of her life there. Because of ill-health she was educated at home and largely taught herself to draw and paint, encouraged by a supportive family and assisted by membership of the Croydon Art Society. She was only sixteen when she had her first work accepted for publication as a set of postcards, and from that time she devoted her career to painting. It was her Flower Fairies books that brought Cicely Mary Barker her greatest popular acclaim. Like the Pre-Raphaelite painters whom she so much admired, she believed in recreating the beauty of nature in art and in drawing from life.
