When my mother-in-law began experiencing the intense heat and itchy "hand-foot syndrome" often associated with her chemotherapy treatments, we weren't sure what would help. These cooling gloves and socks have been a total game-changer for her. She uses them whenever her hands and feet feel inflamed or restless, and she told us they provide almost immediate relief. The material is comfortable, the gel inserts stay cold for a significant amount of time, and they are easy enough for her to put on and take off herself. While the circumstances are difficult, having a tool that actually helps manage her discomfort has been a huge win. So far I like this product. Purchased for chemo treatment and they worked well. I familiarized myself with how to insert the gel packs first and was glad I did. They come with gel packs but the nurses brought me the ones from my I had brought as backup from another brand but the packs fit so I used them with the alternate packs. Once you learn how to insert the packs it is easy. They stayed cold the entire time. I had them on for 20 minutes on and 20 minutes off back and forth. They stayed cold the entire time but stayed flexible. I put them in the freezer the night before and transported them in a cooler with ice packs to the clinic and home. They were still cold when I returned home. Not sure how long they or the seams will hold up but they appeared well made. The color is good. I was so happy with them I ordered another paid in another color.

Great product, it did its job. However the little ice packs do not stay cold for long.

They work great cooling hands down. I just put them in the refrigerator and worked great.

This socks and gloves are perfect! Quality is very good, very well made better than I thought. Fits good in hands and feet not too lose but is not tight. Very comfortable and works well. Great price and includes all items.

great for my neuropothy in my feet. they always feel like they are on fire but cool to the touch, the socks cool my feet down and stop the feeling of burning

Worked so well and helped me all through my chemo treatment!!!

Sister in law had to have several treatments of chemo. She said these really helped to relieve the pain associated with chemo (neuropathy), she swears by them. Make sure to wear them during treatment. Sister in law said she also wore them at night to assist while she slept.

Keeps cold for 30 mins and worked well during chemo, but all the seams have unravelled despite following care instructions. Poor quality.
