The JefDiee travel pillow works on chairs with headrests. I bought it because I often take a 14-hour flight in economy class. It works quite well on my car seat, fashioning to the headrest. The office chairs I use don’t have head rests, and it didn’t work for my chairs.A unique feature of the package is that it includes a special eye mask. Using it in the car’s passenger seat, it kept my head upright by latching to the headrest. The eye mask I already own also used Velcro. But I paid just a bit less for that eye mask than the travel pillow set cost.In sum, the travel pillow fits chairs with headrests, but not my office chairs. Using it with its separate eye mask can keep your head in position, just as advertised.

I bought this for a flight. I put a lot of trust into this product. I ditched my normal neck pillow and eye mask and only brought this to save on space.Barely made it after takeoff before the strap on one side of the eye mask unraveled and fell off. Completely useless device without the Velcro eye mask.I hadn’t slept the night before because of the flight time and was planning on getting sleep on the plane. I did not. I suffered the same bobble heading and lack of positional comfort this was supposed to solve.I’m sitting here in the lounge on my layover filled with rage at this product and the person who made it. How dare you charge $35 for this garbage. How dare you ruin my sleep.My rage is softened only a little because I bought super glue in the airport store and reattached the strap, and will be able to sleep on my next longer flight.I will not forgive and forget the damage caused by this failing on my first 5 hour flight.

I tried this pillow on a long flight and the pillow is way too thick to actually use on a plane headrest. I ended up just using the strapped eye cover which was amazing for holding your head back against the seat and actually allowed me to get a little sleep without slumping over. Just save your money and buy a head strap eye mask for way cheaper.

So this is a (very close) 5 star review. The pillow is really comfortable and firm. I have to see about how easy it will be to put on my airplane seat next time I fly.My only complaint although minor is that it is a little difficult to back into the carry bag. Once in though it’s nice size to pack in your carryon.

I really loved this pillow! I used it in my recent trip to chicago where the plane seats are always uncomfortable after sitting for a while. When i was sleepy i attached my pillow to the plane headrest and also attached the sleeping eye mask on the pillow too and it help my head up well and allowed me to get a comfortable sleep. The pillow felt nice on my neck and i was able to position it to the way i liked it. I also really loved using this pillow as a back support for my lower back as it helped me stretch my back while sitting and it wasnt painful from slouching anymore. It allowed me to stop my slouch and it supported my back really well. Overall i loved how it felt and it was super soft and it came as described: memory foam pillow. Did it’s job and i loved it. I’m definitely going to use it again so 10/10 would recommend :)😎

I think I have the largest collection of travel pillows, because I tend to either forget them, or leave them on the plane. I ordered this pillow for our trip from Phila. To Hawaii. Unfortunately, I only got to use it from Phila. To Arizona - because - yes, I left the darn thing on the plane. HOWEVER, I liked it so much, I ordered another one for my return trip. I cannot even think about getting on that plane without it. Once I got the pillow situated on the back of the seat - which was fairly easy, it was a great head rest. When we were in flight, I used the eye cover for - 1. Holding my head (I had the eye cover on my forehead while I was watching some entertainment) and 2. Over my eyes to catch some shut eye. It was the first time my neck and head felt great throughout the trip. Unfortunately, I was in a hurry to help the people next to me get to their next flight that I never thought about gathering the pillow off the back of the seat. For my return trip I will leave a note for myself to get the pillow! The eye patch was very comfortable - the pillow was great. I did not have any issues with the Velcro tabs pulling off as noted on other reviews. I hope this review helps decide on a pillow that actually works.

I really like this product. At first I wasn't sure about it because the sleep mark I felt had a strange connection with the pillow but I will admit that I was wrong. It is really comfortable and is great for taking a nap in the car on a long ride. The mask does an excellent job of blocking out the light and it keeps the head in an upright position. I would recommend this to anybody looking for something to help them take a nap in the car. I can see it being very helpful on a long cross-country (U.S.) trip with two people that switch off driving to keep going the entire time.
