I make this statement based upon the look, feel, labeling, operational testing and, especially, the enclosed product literature which is written in concise English and addresses the needs and concerns of professional engineers and installers.I am very familiar with this type of IEC (vs. NEMA) starter and have used them extensively in the past within a manufacturing environment. This appears to be a quality product to me and not a "clone" or "copy".I expect good performance and service when I install this to control a transfer pump on my property's water system.I think this is a good product at a reasonable price and I recommend it.

was not wired properly when it arrived! had to add a wire to make it work properly! seems OK now!
