Devialet Gold Phantom (4500 Watts) with Insurance

I've had the device for about a year now and have to say overall I'm not satisfied. The sound is much better at high volume. The biggest problem is just getting the thing connected and be able to play, which is it's only purpose. I have a Google Pixel and have issues connecting this thing constantly no matter the wifi configuration. I've kept it on in my house and it continues to disconnect randomly. I've moved it to friends houses, called support, you name it, nothing seems to work. Sure, once it starts working it sounds good, but overall not worth the hassle every time. I'm the type that will keep trying something far longer than I should and have on a few occasions spent nearly an hour just repeating the steps to get it connected and just fails miserably until randomly it will connect. The app is beyond frustrating. I just wish it would work.
