Wherever possible, I try to replace incandescent bulbs with LEDs, both throughout my home and in my vehicles. I had already replaced most of the exterior lights, including the very nice "Puddle Lamps" on my Explorer previously. I was putting together a list of all the other bulbs I would need for the interior, thinking I would need to buy them all individually. However, lo and behold, here is a full set of LED replacement lamps for my vehicle. Hooray!This set includes all of the interior lamps needed for pretty much the entire range of 5th Gen Ford Explorers. A total of 11 lamps come in the kit - more than I actually need, but I'm okay with having a couple spares. On my particular vehicle, none of the interior lamps are monitored by the computer, so I didn't have to worry about light errors. These are all card-edge style LED modules, so you shouldn't need to worry about "mechanical failure" during installation.Also included is flat trim tool, (what I typically call a "spudger") that makes removing the housing on some of the light fixtures easier to remove. If you don't already own a Interior Trim Tool Set, this will be super handy when you go to install the new bulbs.I'm also a fan of cool daylight-color lamps (5500K-6500K). The factory lamps are typically very warm, maybe 3000K, which can help with retaining night vision, but is terrible for when your "navigator" is trying to read a map, pamphlet or local guide book. These seem very bright, which is a good thing in my book - but their longevity remains to be seen...

One of my interior lights had to be replaced and I can't find one specific to it so I bought this set.I think these are brighter than the OEM even though mine came with LED bulbs already... and so I ended up replacing all interior lights in my vehicle LOL!I was able to use all of them and they're quite easy to replace. If your Ford still uses halogen bulbs, you have to get these!

So bright! These bulbs are worth it. I never really cared about the dimness of the interior lights as I don't drive at night too often except in the winter months when day light is scarce. I got these to try anyway and wow do they make a huge difference! They light up the whole car! It is great! They are basically plug and play for 2020 Ford Explorer. They were way easier than I expected to install. They instructions tell you where they need to go on the Ford Explorer specifically. I'm super happy with them. Once you have bright lights, you'll never want to tolerate the dim ones again!

Interior lighting isn't something I think of much, but is a huge deal when you really need it.I turned on the map light and realized just how dim and yellow the light was.With these bulbs that is no longer the case. The light provided from these bulbs is a nice crisp and clear daylight (white not blue) light.They is plenty of light now when I turn on any of the interior lights now.The kit came with all the bulbs, instructions on which bulbs go in which location as well as in installation tool which made the swap very easy.
