Works well with Chamberlain and easy replacement!! Sync and programming was simple and easy. Welcome back to a secured garage again.

I ended up returning this because it doesn't have all the features I need, but I'm still rating it 5 stars because it works as advertised and has excellent customer support. (The seller was very responsive and helpful to my inquiry.) Compared to my Chamberlain Keypad (G940EV-P2) which I am replacing, this keypad is half the price and works great. It even has one feature I like better than the Chamberlain brand, which is that it beeps on each key press, so you know for sure that you pressed the button. The 2 features it doesn't have that are deal-breakers for me are: 1.) It isn't possible to only press ENTER to close. This only works if you do it within about 15 seconds of opening. After that you must press the code and press ENTER to close. 2.) The guest code works for a number of attempts, but you can't set a number of hours for the guest code, and that's a feature I use quite often. AFAIK only the Chamberlain brand version has both of those features, so I need to get that one. But if you don't need either of those features, then I highly recommend this keypad.

Worked with my garage door opener. The backlight and tones make it easier to tell if the button presses registered. Better than the original.

Very clear instructions how to set it up. If you don’t read and follow the instructions you will mess it up. It’s extremely simple to program and the instructions are right inside the flap opening. I am very satisfied with this product so far.

Worked well when other universal keypads didn’t sync.

UPDATE: Changing review to 3 stars for now.... Finally got this to sync up after about ten times of running through the same sequences. No rhyme or reason why it wouldn't connect the first time, but it did eventually connect. Time will tell if it is going to be a reliable system.- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -Ordered.... tried to link to garage door opener and it will not work. I have confirmed that this is the keypad for my specific brand of opener. Followed the instructions (which aren't great - so I've had to try this in a couple of ways to eliminate options that aren't detailed in the instructions). Nothing works. Looked for a customer support number and got on amazon to see if I could contact the seller. Of course this is all out of china. Big surprise.This shouldn't be this difficult to sync up. Not happy with this product. Safe yourself the trouble and find another keypad.
