Pull that dust cap
The hard part is getting to pull the dust cap if they never been pulled before. Makes it easy to remove the dust cap.

Stanley Proto pry bar set is what i expected worked well for what i needed and the best part is it is made in the U.S.A. nice to see that..Ingersall Rand 212 3/8 air impact not happy at all with the tool..thought it was made in U.S.A. not so my old air ratchet that i have had for twenty five years has more power..

Good tool, but could be Better
Great tool for removing dust caps off of my trailer. I wish the tool was narrower to get a better grip under the lip of the cap, but that may weaken the tool too much. I still had to use a screwdriver to get the hub cap started, but then finished with the dust cap pliers. I use this several times a year to keep my boat trailer bearings greased and I'm sure the tool will outlast me. The pliers were a little pricey for what you get, but I wasn't able to find them at any of the stores around me.

Saves time and caps
Don't expect it to be easy though, still requires a lot of effort. Rubber mallet is your helper. But it's a way easier than without it, and caps are not bent this time. Certainly worth money spent.

Very sturdy
Take your dust caps off without damaging them and even though I use them infrequently when you need them these work as they should

Very good tool for almost any hub caps
This set of specialized pliers has been very useful for utility trailers bearings servicing. It makes removing these hub caps very easy and keeps them in good shape. Using a flathead screwdriver or a chisel does work, but it damages or deforms these caps in no time. There’s only a specific hub cap on all rear drum brakes Ford Focus that this plier got defeated. There was no « lip » for these pliers to grab. It’s never going to be the pliers i use the most but they have been a real time saver for me for this dedicated kind of work. Hopefully this review helps someone out there.
