Not very loud
For the money they just did not deliver for me. Build quality is good. Not much sound. Made a better paper weight. For me any how.

Now have sparkle in the high frequencies
When I received my Magnepan LRS+ speakers I knew they were keepers even though I felt the highs were a little soft. Some frequencies I couldn't hear at all. If I moved them where the highs were better the soundstage would be thrown off. So I decided to finally give these MKII's a try and the high frequencies returned plus added opennes and airiness to the music.

Wow, they work!
I have a pair of Wharfedale Diamond 240's and they are lacking performance in highs and upper midrange. I took a chance on the Aperion II super tweeter's. They did the trick and filled in the areas of the frequencies that the speakers were lacking in. Good quality build, binding posts and clean sound.
