Stopped consistently cycling on & off a/c compressor for 2012 Chevy Cruze
This worked for my moms 2012 Chevrolet Cruze 1.8L, her a/c compressor was cycling on & off constantly, wasn’t getting any cold air when the a/c was on. When I tried to put more refrigerant I wasn’t getting the reading of how much was in it, kept saying it was low in red, although I put more refrigerant in it, after replacing this a/c pressure sensor everything worked, the a/c & showed I had enough refrigerant in compressor after checking low a/c port. Cold a/c again, thank you. By the way when the a/c wasn’t working before replacing this part it was making a surging noise on & off constantly, but not anymore.

It works
After taking my wife's car to a local garage, all they did was tell me the ac was slightly iver charged and reduced the freon amount. I told them it acted like that when I dropped it off. This is the 3rd time at that shop for the ac. 1st time replaced the high side schader valve. 2nd time the compressor. And still cycling on and off. I put my computer on it and found volts and pressure would spike and drop fast and kick out the compressor several times a minute. I decided to buy this switch. It seems like the switch is the issue and this one is cheap and comes in 2 days. After the switch arrived. It took me 15 min to replace it on the car, including the time to get the ramps out. And the problem was fixed. Thr ac in the car stays on like it is supposed to. 15 bucks and 15 min and fixed what my local garage didnt.

Didn't fit 2005 GMC Sierra 1500
I hate to leave one star because the product itself may be just fine. Trouble is it doesn't fit my 2005 GMC Sierra 1500 even though Amazon said that it would when I purchased it.
