Temperature is off by 4°F! I added my extra thermometer, like I always do with my other incubators, and this incubator’s temperature gage is off by 4° (which is a huge deal when trying to hatch chicks!) Humidity is also a bit off.Other than needing to adjust temperature, it’s a great deal for a large incubator. Can’t really beat $90 for a 55 ct egg incubator that also has a tilting motor option built-in. They also provided free watering cups which was nice.

Out of 54 eggs, 17 hatched. They were all viable, had good growth. Temperature in the bottom is 4 degrees hotter than the top, so when they go into lockdown they get cooked. I broke open unhatched eggs on day 25 and all but 3 were fully formed, but not alive. And the reset button will not work. Resets the egg turner, but not the day counter.

I tried this thing 3 times, first you could only put 54 not 55 eggs as advertised, but that is not the worst I only managed to hatch one egg which I named lucky. I closely monitored it for the 21 day period but nothing but the 1 egg hatched. I would not recommend this at all. I would say you get what you pay for but to me this was an expensive purchase. If I could give it a no star I would.

We have lost 15 eggs due to your incubator. That was $75. All that was offered was a $10 refund. Sorry, no, $10 is not acceptable. We have emptied all the water. Added water. All it did was beep constantly. Regardless of how much water was in it. Temperature was off. Humidity was off. We emptied all water and slowly added it, because the alarm wouldn't stop. We literally lost sleep. This one is not working correctly. Back and forth with "customer service". Buy anything else but this incubator.
