for iPhone Charger Dock, RAXFLY [ Removable Magnetic Lightning Connector ] Desktop Charging Stand Station for Apple iPhone SE / 5 / 5S / 5C / 6/ 6S / 7/8 / Plus X/iPod Nano/iPod Touch

I really liked the charging dock, mainly because my iPhone charging port is wearing out, and this is the only one that still charges it. But the downside is that the magnetic part that goes into the charging port is poorly designed and I’ve already broke two of the magnetic rings. I wish this companies email worked so I could ask for a replacement one.The company got ahold of me and asked if it would be ok if they send me some replacement charging pieces that are inserted in the phone and a charging usb cable. I gladly accepted it and appreciated the quick response to help me out with the problem, I will still stand by my statement if the durability of the product, seeing how I have already gone through three of the six charging pieces, but the customer service is without a doubt amazing.

I thought this charging stand was fantastic! Sincerely. I'd plug the magnetic lightning connector into my phone upon arriving at work and leave it in all day. When I got the phone anywhere NEAR the stand, it would snap right to that base and start charging. Easily. Reliably. With no need to plug and unplug, there was zero strain on the lightning port and no chance for dirt or dust to get in there to muck things up. AND there was no need for me to remove the phone's protective case because the lightning connector fit perfectly with the case's cutouts.Until the magnetic collar around the connector broke into three pieces. Now the whole thing is useless.I've written to the company about replacement parts. We'll see. If this unit had proved more durable, I'd have given it a glowing review - it really is the most convenient thing.

Great design, however, I did not realize the magnetic connector comes off when you disconnect the phone. My problem with this is I purchased 3 of these for our guest rooms. I liked these docks since I would rather not have to chase a cable that will fall behind a nightstand all the time. But, the obvious issue here is that when our guests leave they will very likely leave with the magnetic connector rendering the charger useless. I would give this 5 stars if I could buy extra connectors, otherwise they will more than likely be a one time use only device. Had I known the connector comes off I would not have purchased this specific charger. I may return them and buy a similar dock with fixed connectors.

This stand is very convenient, no need to fumble to get your phone plugged in. Only downside is that you have to make sure you twist your phone out of the stand, don't pull on it directly otherwise the magnetic plug inside your phone may stay stuck inside the stand. I got used to it very fast and don't have any issue with it.

Magnetic charging dongle is genius, however the base is too light and when removing the phone tre base comes with it. Could use counter weights in the base. Also, phone doesn’t fit flat in the base, it wiggles from side to side.

Pretty cool product. I use it every night. The only thing is the magnetic piece stays in my phone and I have to make a point to take it out. I usually leave it in all day and then recharge at night. I’m usually left with15-20% charge at the end of the night.

I have been using this charger for approximately 2 months and loving it. Today, the magnetic part pulled out and when I put it back in, it no longer connected. I did order another one and I’ll be careful about how I use it.

The charger worked great for a while until I went to take my phone off and pulled out the magnet from the base.
