Leaked.
After installing this fuel pump on my Slk, I noticed a leak. It was leaking between the metal and the plastic. So I took it off and re installed Mt old fuel pump.

JUNK Cheap Chinese part.
Intermittent starting since I put this fuel pump on my 1997 E420. Tested it and it don't pressure up all the time I have to turn off and on to make it work. Never had this issue before. The only reason I changed it mine was leaking.

POOR QUALITY, SENT ME A OPEN BOX PUMP. WENT INSTALLED AGAINST MY BETTER JUDGEMENT , LEAKED AT CRIMPED SEAM. SHAME ON AMAZON. LOST 2 HOURS OF LABOR. IF OPEN SEND IT BACK AT ONCE.
