Furinno Luder Bookcase/Book/Storage, 4-Tier, Pink/White

Not the greatest quality, but good enough for the price and was easy enough to put together. The size is perfect for limited space I have. Looks good overall.

Fantastic product, perfectly designed and so easy to put together. So easy for just one person to do (I managed no problem!). However I’m so disappointed that the little stickers naming the panels peel off the paint underneath which has left marks on every panel 😢 which I’ll now have to touch up with paint or something!

This is a good basic small bookcase. Easy to assemble and good value. Needed a little extra storage under the desk and this is a perfect fit. It is 24cm (9.5inch) wide so still leaves plenty of leg room when sat at the desk. Plenty of shelf room for books, magazines, etc....

I was nervous about ordering after reading some of the bad reviews but I needn't have worried. It's obviously not brilliant quality, but for £50 it does the job and looks quite smart until you get close and see the stickers covering the screws. My unit wasn't scratched or chipped or missing any parts (although the coating on one of the back boards was uneven - easily hidden and not structural). I'm using it as a TV stand/bookcase (so using the long sides on top and bottom) and in this orientation it's sturdy and comfortably holds my 39" TV. I'm used to assembling flat-pack furniture so found it straightforward and quick to put together by myself. My only gripe is the use of stickers as screw covers, but I guess other design solutions would add to the cost.

In my experience this unit seems to have been well crafted, but I'm unsure about a number of features of its construction. Primarily, all of the components are made from 12mm panels, which reduces the strength, though in many ways it seems reasonably sturdy. Construction is straightforward, but not simple, because all the shelves are secured by screwing into the end grain using chipboard screws - which can easily be misdirected and that means they can poke out of the side of the components if you do not take the greatest of care. This only happened once in my case, but I was taking great care. The shelves have added strength due to additional dowels, but perhaps this is why the instructions end with a diagram highlighting a maximum weight of 15 pounds on each shelf (NB: pounds, not kg). It should be noted that the unit is built in two sections which are then fastened together (as though the top section is an add-on to what was previously a unit with two less shelves). It does not spoil the look of the unit, but does it reduce its strength? What surprised me the most was that there was no anti-topple device included, so you would have to make your own arrangements for the safety of children because this is a small-footprint, relatively tall unit. There was some superficial surface scratching on the panels which was only noticeable very close up, which may have been caused in the factory or in transit, but otherwise the package was adequate and well protected. I purchased for £37.99 in an offer and I was mildly disappointed by what I received. If I had paid the current offer price of £48.99 I would have been more disappointed. It's unusual to find a bookcase to fit into a small space such as this does, so from that perspective for me it's a find, but I could only very cautiously recommend it.

Bought this with a bit of skepticism after reading the reviews here, but shouldn’t have worried. It all turned up in one piece, nothing broken or cracked. The build instructions were clear with all pieces labelled (though those little stickers are a pain to take off!) and all the fixings were good (the dowels were a little short and loose for my liking, but serve the purpose). Was impressed to see the blunt ended screws for drilling end into the shelves, someone has engineered this rather than just designed it. Got the whole thing built in around 45 minutes including getting some tools, and it’s plenty sturdy enough. As others have said the stickers for covering the screws are a little cheap, but for the money you can’t go wrong.

Bought three cubed shelving units of different heights to be placed side by side. Fully assembled and loaded with books etc they look really nice. Finish quality isn't exceptional but OK for the price. Other comments on Amazon are true. The screws are not counter-sunk and the sticky discs they supply are not good enough to cover them (- I bought white plastic screw caps from B&Q, but even these needed the stems trimming and I had to stick them on with superglue. But they look better than the discs or bare screw heads). The different parts are identified with sticky labels which should be removed with care as they peel off the white surface if scraped off. Essentially, assembled with great care these units look nice and are OK for the price, but they wont withstand a lot of rough handling.

Easy to put together, did it by myself. Only problem really is that the wood is very very soft and tears very easily, making it look bad :( mine came already torn a little but luckily on the inside. The nails for the back are difficult as there isn’t any guidance to where they should go and ended up putting a few through the whole back. Which could have been my mistake but still would be nice to have guidance. Overall, good for the price but you can tell it’s cheap material.

This is a well-made bookcase that will hold medium-sized books with no problems. It fits in small spaces where other bookshelves just won't go. It holds a lot of books for the small footprint. Note: The shelves are NOT adjustable and all levels are exactly the same size. However, it's well-suited to most hardcovers, which is always a plus!

We are very satisfied with the quality of this shelf! It is the perfect small organizer for our new baby's nursery. It contains all of the board books and a few stuffed animals. It was easy to assemble--my husband put it together in probably 20 minutes max before work one morning. It has a nice, smooth white finish to compliment the room around it. We will likely use it as a bookshelf for years to come as the kids grow. Highly recommend for the price!

This shelf is perfect. The quality was much better than expected. Easy to assemble and seems very sturdy. I love the final results
