Very nice and sturdy mirror, but the enclosed plastic drywall brackets and screws are worthless!
Packaging was sturdy for protection of the mirror with clearly stated in large print "FRAGILE WALL MIRROR. DO NOT LAY FLAT"! The sturdy mirror box was laying flat in a very large outer box with no additional packing materials to protect the mirror box and the outer box was torn in several places. Fortunately the actual mirror box was in perfect sealed condition and the mirror was not damaged. The mirror is very sturdy and is just the size we wanted for our bathroom. Installation did take much longer than anticipated, primarily due to the issue mentioned by several other reviewers. The enclosed screws and drywall anchors are not nearly strong enough for the heaviness of this mirror and are therefore these enclosed drywall anchors and screws were worthless. We tried a larger heavier duty plastic drywall screw but decided after putting one in the wall that we needed to advance to the even stronger metal "butterfly" drywall anchors and longer screws. These did a terrific job of anchoring the brackets into the wall making enclosed wall brackets much sturdier for hanging the mirror on the wall. Had we used the drywall anchors and screws that came with the mirror, the wall bracket would never have been able to adequately support the mirror. After our adjustments, the mirror looks great in our bathroom.

Great mirror, terrible hardware.
The mirror is well made but the included hardware is useless as its wall anchors are not the best way to install the mounting plates. I went through my toolboxes for the screws and used mine instead.
