Okay…this wood grain has the most realistic grain of all the tapes I tried. It looks good. However- my only complaint is that I thought it was plastic or vinyl…but it is not. It is made of paper. I lifted the tape to straighten it out on my project and it ripped. Sigh. If you will be using this for repairing flooring, keep in mind that it will eventually be worn where stepped on, and you will need to replace it. Overall, this product looks so much more realistic than the other tapes I compared it to. Too bad it’s not clear that it’s made of paper.

This was perfect when building my own pantry shelves. It does snap really easily so you can’t bend it too much be careful. I used a heat gun to activate the adhesive but ended up using spray adhesive because it was drying too quickly

This is the worst stuff I’ve ever worked with! I was attempting to add a border on my bathroom mirror by cutting this tape sticking it on it. Be warned that this stuff is NOT forgiving in the slightest. Once it’s stuck, it’s stuck. I messed up one small area and tried to peel it back to fix it. Nope. It just tears. An entire strip of one side of the mirror ruined. So then I didn’t have enough left to redo it. Ended up taking it all off and ordering from a different company that had better reviews. Never again!!

Delivered promptly. Not a very heavy weight product and while handling it was at risk of creasing and I managed to break the banding in three places while applying. I also found the edges would chip while cleaning up overhang with a razor. I've used wood edging in the past with no issue, this product however just didn't perform the way I was expecting. I didn't do much research, simply need to edge band a bit of OSB. Glue melts quickly, not sure how well it adhered, will find out over time. I had to go over a coupld of areas, could be operator error or the glue itself. If I did this again, I'd try to locate an edge band that's bot thicker and more flexible.

This always seemed a daunting project to me with the smelly toxic glues and rollers painting in glues…a heat gun/blower dry/iron (not too hot) and a smoother . It transforms your entire counter covering up those chips and splits or just dressing up a diy shelving project. I had a pantry with multiple types of wood or MDF shelves added through the years. Adding these easy to use laminate strips changed the entire look from clutter and mess to a clean sense of order. It’s not of course but it looks like it is!
