The grinder efficiently handles sea salt, pepper, coffee, or any other grinding needs.The wooden handle of the grinder has a wide swing radius, which could be improved by shortening it or making it lighter to prevent the grinder from toppling due to weight imbalance. Overall, I recommend it.

I've been looking for a portable, manual burr grinder but the prices are all over the place, random from 20 to 400. I tested this one out and it's excellent. I was able to grind a cup of beans for cold brew in a couple minutes, and enough for my daily cup of coffee in about 30 seconds. I took it apart to inspect each part and it's easy to clean everything and put it back together. The burr seems really strong and makes light work of any type of beans.As for its appearance, it's sleek and elegant. The wooden knob is comfortable in hand and the mechanism is easy and smooth to turn. I'll be using this daily and it looks great on the counter!

First off, i was impressed by this little guy, the grounds were very uniform at a course setting. There are a bit of fines but should lessen when the burrs are seasoned. There's bearings top and bottom with a decent length of space between them so it's stable as I expected and very little play at the burr. Just under the burr is the standard click-type adjustment, numbered for reference.Pro Tip: use the catch cup to weigh/dose your coffeeI used it for a coarse siphon brew and it was very easy to grind through the dose, the handle is quite smooth and solid. The catch cup at the bottom has a coarse thread so it comes off without much fuss.Although perfectly sized for an 18g espresso dose it's a lot of work especially since the housing is a bit hard to hold. Likewise I wouldnt use this for aeropress or mokapot, but at course (easier to grind) settings it's a breeze and quite satisfying in feel and sound. The small size (23g capacity) means I cant reasonably make coffee for the family with this thing but for 1 or 2 people or on the road it's really hard to beat!

I was surprised at how small this grinder is, but it only makes it more portable, which is a plus. Though it lacks size, it is every bit as effective as you want it to be. The output is excellent with the conical burr which produces a grind to your specifications. It is simple to use with two-way rotation grinding for fine or coarse, and you can adjust the grind simply with a dial underneath. It is weighty and extremely durable. It assembles quickly by just adding the handle, and taking it off makes it easily portable and packable. There is nothing like fresh ground beans, and this gorgeous gadget provides a great result at home or on the go. It is a quality product ,and I am well pleased with it.
