This is a fantastic kit for anyone who wants to get started with sourdough. I've been using the products for about 3 months, and have been baking delicious breads, focaccia, discard cookies, and much, much, more. Normally with starter sets there are items that I'll never use, or that are poor quality, but that's not the case with this set. I haven't used the flour stencils yet, but everything else is great! Also, I accidentally threw out the jar lid, and when I contacted the seller, they promptly offered to send a replacement. Excellent customer service! I highly recommend purchasing from this company.

Really nice Sourdough kit!

I loved that this kit came with everything I needed (except for the starter itself) and clear directions on how to use the products included. I looked at a lot of kits like this and glad I went with this one. Everything is nice quality and just what I needed!!

I’m just learning and after 2 weeks of trying I finally have a strong starter and my dough turned out great! The supplies are nice but I did not receive the Blades or cutter (bread lame) with my order:( major bummer when you are ready to use it.
