Buyer Beware
Took a chance because of the low price, but you get what you pay for. When the unit is powered off it still sends brief pulses of power to the items plugged into it. Sends a brief pulse about once every 2 seconds or so, and only seems to happen with things that have 2-prong plugs. The manual is very poorly translated into English, so difficult to understand. Also the jacks are designed to accept many kinds of plugs, but the USA 110-volt 3-prong IEC style items that I plugged into it all had a loose fit and would not snug up. Not sure if I got a defective unit or not, but did not want to risk an exchange, so just returned for a refund.
