Good DVD but you could do with a bit more.
I have been following this DVD for a couple of months and although my progress is slow because i have only been able to manage it once a week and continue to play squash once a week, i have still seen reasonable results and improvement. I feel that i will see much faster progress as soon as i can up my use to two or three times a week.The instructional section is good although i feel that it was worth while that in addition i read the start of kettle bells for dummies as it provided some important information about form and the importance of position and safety that there is not time for on the DVD.The main workout sessions all provide a good workout and are easy to follow and as the premise is to follow different exercises for a minute each i find it doesn't get boring and enjoy the program.Lastly I'm a 32 year old male and not particularly fit but i have found starting with a 12kg kettle bell to be a challenge but about right as after a couple of months i am well on my way to keeping up with the instructor for the whole set of exercises; any less and i do not think some of the moves would be as effective.

I enjoyed this DVD.its nicely presented.Comes with a bit of promotianal blurb for a training course.OK for a beginner.Theres not a lot you wont find on You tube.But Im glad I bought it

Superb!
I bought the DVD simply on the strength of the ratings given by others. I was tired of trying to watch kettlebell exercises on Youtube.The DVD contains an introduction / basics on how to use the kettlebells and there are three basic routines - full 40 minute work out / medium 20 min / 8 min ab blastDon't think the "8 minutes" Ab Blast is easy! If you do the exercises correctly, you will feel it!I use the DVD every day and in the short time I have owned a couple of kettlebells I have certainly noticed a difference - it's a killer even for me and I "thought" I was reasonably fit!What do I like the most - the presenter is very natural - and his demeanour is simply that of a mate who I would go have a pint with.All I can say - DVD is superb - I aim to use it every day - even if it just for the 8 minute Ab Blast (and be honest with yourself, what is 8 Minutes out of your day?)

brilliant dvd
Done this four times now and the workouts are brilliant, even the 20 min one gets a sweat up. Had been following an online workout which was good but this is much better, the express had me aching the first time even though I had been doing 38 mins with the other workout and didn't ache even though I was using a heavier weight.Instructor is very good, down to earth and not some spray tanned, teeth whitened glamour boy. Clear instruction and good at motivating you without going over the top. Certain that this will make a difference to my body (in the middle of losing weight, 3 and a half stone gone with another 1 and a half to go so there's some flabby skin about).Overall excellent workout and the wife's just bought the Just for Women version.

I love kettlebell workouts so thought I’d try this one, it’s ok but nothing fantastic and what did surprise me is there’s no cool down section?! Comes across as a sort of “homemade “ dvd.

Love this DVD
Love this DVD ! It's hard going to do the full 38 minutes but slowly getting there! I started with an 8 to begin with but have moved up to a 12. That's what the guys on the DVD use but it will certainly get you fit! Buy it and challenge yourself ( I had never touched a kettlebell before buying this bit they teach you all the moves ) just make sure you got tv insurance :-)

Good DvD
Have been using this for a while now. Gives you a great workout. Although it is not really for those who are looking to put on mass. Great if you want to blast fat away though.

I am a 55 year old very unfit with a 46 inch waist I received this dvd yesterday and I watched the introduction and instruction of all exercises and I fully intend to do this this review is for myself as I will come back towards the end of February to update my progress I've never stuck at anything in this department so we will see
