It's always hard to review these types of items when you don't have the medical equipment to do the scientific research that even major corporations either don't have, or refuse to use.But I will say this: in the time that I've been using these, along with my other supplements, I haven't noticed a decline in my overall feelings of health. For instance, I once included a pill that made me vomit on two separate days, so I had to change the order and way I did that one. And since I've been doing the same routine for so long, I've been pretty regular- thus predictable- and I now have a very intimate knowledge and feel for how my body is responding to things. I'd consider these a good value and they have great flavor too. We used the sea moss gel (not great tasting), and although I'm pretty sure gel is fresher and better, I have no complaints about the quality and flavor of these gummies. However, I deducted a star because they started to get stuck to each other pretty quickly after I started using them. I don't leave them open, and they are stored in a cool, dry place.

I added these to my normal daily regimen. Henestly, I haven;t noticed anhy difference in how I feel. And I don't take a lot of supplements. ACV and a multivite, D3. That's about it. So, they're tasty, but not sure how effective they are.

While I normally would blame shipping this was clearly an issue from manufacturer. Seal under cap was halfway off and no residue on container lid, sealing was not performed correctly. No shrink wrap on cap also caused cap to unscrew during shipment releasing supplements from bottle into shipping container. Smells great at least.
