I recently had the pleasure of using the fabulous nine square photo frames to display my wedding pictures, and I must say it has been a wonderful experience. These frames, with their sleek black wood design and removable classic white mats, have made it incredibly easy for me to create a stunning gallery of cherished memories. I bought these to use for my own personal pictures. Though, the artwork in them was beautiful on its own, making them quite versatile. They’re very sturdy, easy to put together, and look great hung up. They’re also super lightweight!

If the price was higher, I would knock off a star for the frames being plastic. However, for such a great price point, they make a huge impact and look great in the grouping. While each frame may look cheap by itself, a wall of them is quite stunning. I ordered 2 sets to do a 6 x 3 gallery wall with 18 photos. Each frame has a mat which allows for an 8x8 inch photo. I chose to do simple black and white prints from my printer that I can easily switch out as we have new favorite photos. This way I can keep photos of all our friends and family and the wall. Everyone admires this wall and loves looking at the photos, especially when they make an appearance. Such a fun way to be able to have current photos with friends up along with some old favorites. Keeping them all black and white allows me to mix in some funny shots along with more formal pictures and still look composed.I also LOVE how easy they made installation with the paper templates! I just used painters tape and a simple level to hang the paper template on the wall and position it where I liked it. The template shows where the frames will hang and exactly where to place the screws. I drilled right through the paper template to install the (included) hardware. Once I was done, I pulled the paper down and hung my, now perfectly spaced, frames. It was super easy and no measuring! I was able to do it without anyone helping me. All I needed was a level, painters tape and a drill!UPDATE: These have been on my wall for 3.5 years. I adore having photos of our friends from fancy (weddings) to casual (pool parties) all up on the wall. I’ve even changed a few out with new photos I love.Also of note, I’ve sold about 4 sets of these. Seriously, multiple people have loved them so much that they asked me to email them the link and they’ve ordered their own. I think that says a lot about how great they look.

LOVE these! We wanted to create a gallery wall feel without breaking the bank on super expensive frames. These arrived in perfect condition, and it took me maybe an hour from start to finish to get them up on the wall- we used the Velcro command strips for picture hanging since we live in an apartment, and they’re staying up perfectly.Almost didn’t purchase as some reviewers were saying these frames are not worth the cost/arrived damaged/etc but if you look at the cost for individual frames added up to 9 of the exact same, I think it’s clear that this is the best option! Saved us like $75.When you’re looking at a budget friendly option, it’s important to keep in mind you’re not going to be receiving frames that feel like they cost $20 a piece. The frames feel sturdy and have good weight to them (not cheap wood or thin plastic) and the matting in the frames is also great. Once we have pictures printed to add to the frames I think they’ll be easy to insert as well. All in all I give it a 10/10 and would purchase again!

After reading the previous reviews, I wasn't sure the quality would be good but I took a chance and ordered the 9 pack of square black frames. They arrived packaged well in styrofoam and bubble wrap. All 9 frames were undamaged and no scratches on the black frames. 2 of the frames had a small scratch in the glass but it is not visible once I put my photo in the frame with the mat. The glass is not tempered and u must be careful when cleaning it otherwise the frames and mats worked well with my 8x8 photos. I ordered a second set of 9 frames. They arrived undamaged and in great condition, with no scratches on frames or the glass. I am happy with these frames. I used Velcro command strips to hang the pictures. Getting them all lined up evenly on the wall is a challenge. See pic showing 6 of 18 hanging on wall.

For the price, these frames look very professional. They also come with two sets of art prints depending what your vibe is which was nice

I wanted to do a wall of bird linocuts to go with two of my own prints, and these frames were exactly what I was looking for. They're nicely made, sturdy, and look a whole lot more expensive than they actually were. My only minor complaint is that the backing board seemed to shed a bit of dust/particles so I had to wipe down the glass and blow it off with compressed air quite a few times to make sure there was nothing left inside.The template to hang these was invaluable and I'm not sure if I'd have managed to get them nearly as straight without it. I ended up cutting my own mats as I had prints of a number of different sizes, but the ones that came with the frames were nice and will work well if you have pictures that are all the same size.Very happy with this purchase!

great value and good frames

I bought this with knowledge that some people got defected frames. Mine came really well packaged and perfectly intact. They are beautiful and I'd definitely recommend them. They are really well priced, the size is great and the quality is typical for photo frames. It comes with a sheet to help hang the photos up which worked great for the most part. My only complaint is the hardware it came with didn't hold up in my wall. We used our own wall anchors and hardware. I hung mine over a stud and so the frames that are over the stud don't have an achor and it sits slightly uneven but barely noticeable (I just have OCD). Otherwise they are wonderful and for the typical eye, straight. I did add some tack to the frames to keep them level as mine kept shifting.
