I've been experiencing fatigue and a very poor sleep patterns for quite a while now. I have tried other Herbtender products and been happy with the results.The Uplift and Revitalise were no different. In fact, within a week I felt much less sluggish in the mornings and noticed I could last a quite a bit longer, energy-wise throughout the day. The downside is now trying not to cram more into my days! I need to put into practice TH's 1st tip to reduce Christmas stress and remember to carve out moments for myself to simply breathe (but obviously with much more energy!).

First of all LOVE that these arrived in a glass bottle , it's small things like this and the fact I can purchase any of Herbtender supplements as a refill option that really makes me want to buy and support the brand.Tablets were a good size and easy to swallow.( see picture for ref)I'm a really tired mum of two so sometimes I need a bit of extra boost and have been trying to avoid a big caffeine hit. These have worked wonders.I've been using them for nearly a month now and I really genuinely in love them.I normally take two with my breakfast and have found that by the time 2pm hits ( which is normally when I feel my energy levels and mood drop ) I don't feel that drop anymore. I no longer feel like I NEED that afternoon nap or I NEED that caffeine fix.My husband also noticed a difference in just my energy in general and decided he wanted to try them , He said that because he didn't have that afternoon drip he was able to be alot more productive in the afternoon.One week I tried taking 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon. Not because I felt I needed it just out of pure curiosity to see how my body reacted to the extra dosage.I found again I didn't have that 2 pm dip and then at 6/7 pm didn't feel that huge dip I normally get.I also found that unlike other energy boosting supplements I was still able to get to sleep easily at night and have a restful sleep.I personally found that despite it not being for this , the balanced energy / mood levels for me helped me feel more focused in my day, and meant I wasn't completely burnt out by the time kids were in bed and it was just me and hubby .I will definitely be ordering again ( the refill pack of course)Thankyou

Tabs x60 came in a secure glass container and box with recommendations for useLIKES:Love that all ingredients are naturalReally happy that this product is suitable for both Vegan and Gluten Intolerant needs.Capsules are easy to swallow & taste pleasant - like all natural ingredients they will have some aftertaste.I like that refills are available in pouches which means the glass bottle can be reused, making the first purchase a sustainable one.DISLIKES:My only dislike is that I wasn't able to take these supplements myself because they may interfere with a treatment I am presently taking - so I had to listen to that advise.RECOMMENDATIONS:Firstly - it is recommended on box to check with your doctor before starting these supplements especially if you are on medication to ensure no ingredients clash, so do heed that advice.I would highly recommend these natural herbal supplements for use by adults on gluten free or vegan diets and have confidence that the ingredients used will produce the benefits as intended.These supplements are being taken now by a college student in hope they will reduce the fatique she is experiencing and in hope they will help reduce the amount of caffeine she is taking to help keep her awake during studies. As she is both Coeliac and Vegan, these supplements are 100% suitable for her dietary needs.Presently there does appear to be an improvement but we will update this review with the full benefits when the course of supplements have been completed.They seem like good value at £29 for 60 capsule supply but confirmation of this will follow with update.Hope this review has been helpful

What are my clients for for this product to me and I absolutely love it. It has a very calming effect, but still gives me a little bit of extra energy without feeling strange.

These aren't going to give you an instant boost, like some supplements do, but they have all the right ingredients, and as they say themselves, they're clean and lean. No rubbish included, just good quality ingredients.Although my partner chose these for me, I wasn't able to take them, as in the past, I had severe allergy to nettle based alternative medicines, so I wasn't prepared to take the risk. But that should not be an issue for most people. So instead of taking them myself, my partner took them, and found them to be very helpful, when taken over a month.With 60 capsules in the jar, at 2 a day, you get a full month's supply. I recommend completing a full month's course before judging whether they are of benefit to you. Capsules are a fairly standard capsule size.Good value, with beneficial results.

I've started taking these capsules for better focus especially during my exams time, and I'm quite impressed. Helps me concentrate. They're vegan, which is very important for me. Definitely worth it for the price, and would purchase more. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have sleep problems, I always have. Any bit of stress and my slumber is shot.I've taken a few different supplements over the years and most don't seem to work. Even over-the-counter sleeping tablets make me woozy but I can still struggle to sleep.I took two of these, as did my wife. I can't say I noticed any major impact but she said that she felt light-headed and drifted right off! We repeated this a few times and each time it makes her sleepy within about half an hour. So although they don't have a major effect of me - I am sure this are effective for people who respond to such things.The tablets smell lovely too, that may sound bizarre nut some have an awful odour, there's a major-branded sleep-aide which smells like vomit! But these smell lovely and herbal/floral. I love the glass jar too, it gives a solid quality feel to the overall item.
