I have had a permanent bridge and implant in my teeth for almost 30 years. I've never seen a probiotic supplement I could take to improve oral health around my dental devices. I can't believe what an improvement it has made in just a few short weeks. My breath is always fresh now, and I mean always. The tablets themselves taste better than I thought "minty grapefruit" would taste; it's more like light grapefruit with a refreshing zest to it. The tablet does take a very long time to dissolve in my mouth so sometimes I find myself brushing my teeth, taking the tablet, and then falling asleep before it completely dissolves. I don't mind at all as the trade-off of a healthy mouth is worth any other hassle! I HIGHLY recommend these oral probiotics!!

This probiotic claims to give you lots of weissella cibaria bacteria. This bacteria is the same bacteria found in kimchi and other fermented foods. I have heard that it is good for oral health. Certainly, after dissolving one of these tablets in my mouth my mouth felt cleaner. I did notice after a few days of using this product that my gum developed a slight sore, it may be related or unrelated, but it made me use the tablets a little less often. It is hard to decide how useful they are, my teeth do feel cleaner after using and I read several studies on them that implied that the bacteria is useful for oral health. The tablets dissolve easily and taste slightly of peppermint.

I have been looking for some good oral probiotics and this brand is just what I was looking for. It suggests dissolving 1 tab in your mouth after brushing, 3 times a day. This is very easy to do because they don't not take too long to desolve and the flavor is mild and pretty good. It's like a minty grapefruit flavor. I will definitely continue to use these regularly for my gum and teeth health.

Admittedly this is my first time trying oral probiotics. I got these not because of implants, but I've been having some other dental issues lately and figured probiotics certainly wouldn't hurt and could potentially help. I usually like citrus flavors but these taste bitter to me. Maybe it's the mint part that I'm not keen on, or just how the 2 flavors blend. Anyway, it's not so offensive that I can't take them, and the potential benefits outweigh the slightly bitter taste.I've taken these for about 4 nights now. So far I haven't noticed any difference in how fresh my mouth feels, but I'll continue to use them. I suspect that my flora has been really out of whack, so I'll definitely give these more time to do their job.Looking around at other options for oral probiotics, these seem to be a bit spendy at regular price, but if you get them on sale and/or with a coupon they are comparable in price to other brands. I'll try to remember to update this review later to report if I ended up noticing a difference after using them a while longer.

These are super easy to use. I prefer to use them after brushing before bed. I just use one and let it sit in my mouth for as long as possible with small swishes. Seems to help with morning breath. There is flavor but it is very mild and no displeasing. I had no adverse reactions to this.

I'm honestly not sure how effective these are as the results are not going to be obvious.The flavor is not horrible, kind of grapefruity mint. You can taste the subtle grapefruit flavor but I think the mint is more dominant.These are easy to take and are kind of chalky but dissolve rather quickly. The texture reminds me of tums.I have been taking them for a couple of weeks and hopefully they are helping. I do find them a bit pricey but honestly I have no idea what oral probiotics usually cost.This is tough to rate since I really don't know if they are doing what they are supposed to do. Are the probiotics still active? Hopefully but I literally have no idea how non refrigerated probiotics work.But they don't taste bad, are easy to take and compact so easy to take on the go.Expiration is 4/2025.
