6 Mat 6 X Heavy Duty Large Rubber Gym Mat 12mm Garage Flooring

The description doesn't fully describe it as there are two cutouts (each about the size of a mobile phone) at either end. Still seems good value. They also tried to deliver a day earlier than on my confirmation statement which meant no one was in.

I converted my garage into a home gym a couple of months ago and put this rubber matting down across the whole floor. They are very heavy to lug about so do not need gluing or taping. I simply swept the floor and brushed loose brick dust from the wall. Vacuumed. Laid the first row to the corner at the opposite end to the up-and-over door. Cut mats using a multitool vibrating saw. It was possible to cut with a sharp stanley knife but if you have one of these power tools, use it!Whole floor took me about 4 hrs. We all use the gym during lockdown. My daughter uses it for her dance classes.One thing to note, the rubber can take the heavy duty wear and tear of my heavy barbell work. There are knurled risen bits on the surface of the mat, which is good for grip but not good for ballet spins!Arkmat are a joy to deal with.

Order and pay for 6. Get delivered 4. Not exactly good value. And despite querying, no response from vendor. But despite paying over the odds, a poor product that splits easily. There are many alternative gym flooring providers. For quality and quality of service, I strongly suggest you try them.

It's exactly what you need in a gym, dropped weights are just absorbed so well. It's got a good thickness to it, and can be cut, though with a lot of effort if you don't have the right tools - all I had was a stanley.I've had them in for a year, so it's been through the seasons, and there hasn't been much contraction or expansion, only between 1-3mm.For the price, it's a very easy recommendation.

Just received the flooring and i can't recommend the flooring enough. Good quality product and amazing customer service, they really helped me get out of a sticky situation! Its a shame i didn't order enough as i have come up short ha ha ha so will be ordering more today. :)
