picked these up because I kept hearing people rave about Goodles, and now I totally get the hype. “Shella Good” seriously tastes like upgraded boxed mac and cheese — super creamy, cheesy, and comforting, but without that overly artificial flavor some brands have. The white cheddar flavor is rich and delicious, and the shells hold the sauce really well. What surprised me most is that it actually keeps you full longer thanks to the added protein and nutrients.
