These pants have a lot going for them! I thought I wanted a lighter weight fabric, but these work so well that I'm sticking with them. They are somewhat what of a unicorn for me, because it's hard to find nice, neat looking, reasonably priced pants that fit this well. The fabric (cotton with just a touch of spandex) is nice, the overall construction is good, the pockets are roomy, and the pants look nice on--they are great for a casual office, running errands, whatever, when you want a cut above sweats. I have them in khaki, and will probably get additional pairs in the same, plus the denim.A note on the sizing: I ordered my usual size 12, which is what Amazon recommended, but they fit so well that I returned them, with the idea that even a little shrinkage would make them too snug over time. I reordered in size 14, and after washing, drying briefly at a low setting then hanging to dry, they are almost perfect. Almost, because they are still just a tad long, which is fine (I'm about 5'4).

I wanted a pair of slacks, but finding my size in a petite has been almost impossible in the stores. I decided to shop online and found these at Amazon. I was a little leary to purchase something online that I didn't have the opportunity to try on, but when they arrived, I was very happy to see the construction was well done and the fit was perfect. I purchased a total of 4 different pairs of Chic slacks and I love them.

I am 135 lbs and 9 " tall. They are a nice beige color and the material is good. They do stretch but only a little. The fit is excellent but the beige ones are a little roomy in the tummy area and I have a flat stomach. Thus, the four stars. I really like them for around the house or to go out in public. The length is perfect for my build. If you are shorter, you could probably cuff them. The legs are not too wide nor too slim and very comfortable. The blue denim ones fit perfectly, including the tummy area. I ordered three more of the blue ones. The blue ones have a slightly more light-weight material and they stretch more. I love them. (The blue ones rate five stars.)

I ordered the same size in the denim and in the khaki. The khaki fit perfect but the denim was too small. Can’t figure that one out!

Love these pants. I usually wear skinny jeans but wanted something a little looser. They are very soft and comfortable. They wash up great and the weight is just right. I will probably order a couple more pairs, I just wish they had them in other colors too.

I have the older version of the regular blue jean, Chic Classic. I love them. So comfortable.These fit terrible on me: too tight in the calf and slouchy ill-fitting in the thigh. yuk. Returned.

Great fit. Seems to also be very durable. The elastic waist is soft and flexible. I have given these a month of use. I will be buying more soon. I do hope they come in different colors.
