I bought this to mount to my tool box so I could keep the keys to the tool box in it. This thing works better than expected, just look at the photos. I keep my tool box locked all the time because my kids like to use them and they never get put back (I know a lot of you know what I'm talking about). Well, now I don't have to worry about misplacing the keys, or going to get a tool and realizing I left the keys in the house. The keys are now right there, on the tool box. The cylinder that holds the keys has a lot of room for other things too. I keep the keys to my motorcycle and tool box in it and there is still room for a lot more. The "Wordlock" seems to be very well constructed, and should last forever. The combo dials are tight, but move pretty easy, and click at each letter. The cylinder is made of stainless steel, I believe, and is very roomy for what looks like a small cup. Mounting is simple. I used the included template to mark my holes, and it was mounted in less than 5 mins. The shackle for mounting on like a doorknob, is very easily installed or removed. Just take off the cylinder, and there is a switch that unlocks the shackle. It's really that easy. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to lock up keys for their tool box, a back gate, or even to hold an extra set of house keys securely. It really does what it was designed to do, and does it with ease. Great product!

I LOVE this vault. I bought another, thinking that my car key (with a fob; they all have fobs now) would fit, but it couldn't handle my one key with fob. I bought this, thinking I had to give it a try. THIS WORKS GREAT. When I swim at the beach, I put my car key in this, attach it to a loop on my trailer hitch, and away I go. The directions were easy. The combo -- set your own four-letter word -- is easy to read and spin. So many others are hard to read without glasses/my readers. THIS one I can easily see. Bonus! There is no "but" on this product. It is sturdy, would be impossible to break off or hack through without an electrical saw. Sticking keys in exhaust pipes, on top of tires, whatever -- not me. The peace of mind is priceless.

We use this regularly for business after hours pickup; very convenient for customers and for employees eliminating longer work hours waiting for people to pickup or having to store vehicles. It is structurely strong not possible to break but the canister is vulnerable to being taken. It currently is unavailable here but wondering if the canisters are able to be purchased separately if lost or taken from customers?

Easy to install and hook up and works great

After looking for a few hours for a find a lock box that would fit a modern car key with a key fob/remote, I settled on this one. Many of the other lock boxes looked like they would be big enough, but after doing additional research I found that they were all to small in at least on dimension. This lock box is plenty large enough to hold several sets of keys, a garage door opener, a credit card, even a wad of cash if that was needed.The combination was very easy to set following the instructions. The hardest parts was cutting out the paper to reveal the default combination.I used it to hid a key under my car so my brother could pickup my car from the airport after I left. It was a bit conspicuous if you cared to look because it is so large.Other reviews have said that you can hear a distinct click when the correct digit is entered, and I would have to agree. You can tell when the right letter is entered if done in the right order. I took away 1 start for that, because it doesn't seem to be as safe as it could be.The bolt loop is completely removable and there are included plugs to file the bolt loop holes while not in use.It also came with a few screws for mounting it to a wall if desired. There are mounting hole on the back behind the canister.The overall construction is solid, the canister is pretty robust and could stand up to a beating. The locking mechanism seem pretty strong, but I didn't use more than my own strength to force it open while locked.I would be happy to try a break in test, but plan to keep using the one I purchased, so I don't want to destroy it.

I love this lockbox it's a lot larger than the traditional square ones. It's very well made and I highly recommend it

We always use this for outdoor activity, hiking, snorkling and swimming where we need to leave behind some valuable keys and cards.I tried once to break it and its withstand even the hammer.I just hang it underneath my car and not worried at all.

Great lockbox. As a petsitter, I see & use many different lockboxes every day. This one is by far my favorite. Easy to use, the dials are a bit stiff, but never freeze. Lots of room in the canister for keys. After using this lockbox at a few Clients' homes, I decided to purchase one for my own home.
