Nice quality of the shower heads but not so good of the hose.I was looking for a dual shower heads to replace my old fixed shower head. THis matches my needs and the look of it is pretty nice .The shower heads are made from good quality PVC, it feels and touches like metal. I like the quality of the shower heads but hate the plastic hose. It’s not flexible at all. It cheapens the entire looking. Have to spend extra $15 to buy a metal hose to replace it. It would have been perfect if it came with metal hose.I have no problem with water pressure even with the regulator on. I took out the regulator of the fixed shower head since I saw many people complains about the water flow.My recommendation is definitely BUY. It worths the money. With less than 50 dollar I got a solid piece. Even adding extra cost on hose, it’s still cheaper than most of other options on market.The only problem is, If you are short height you may not able to reach the 3way water devider easily to switch the water flow. I am 5foot2 and I can bearly reach to mine.Update after 1 week of using:First I am satisfied with the shower. 2nd I made 2 changes1. I switched the hose to a $15 metal hose bought from Amazon, now it looks a lot nicer.2. I changed the position of the handhold shower head holder, I can tell it sticks very strong. I had to use hair dryer to blow the wall to make it hot so I can forcibly take it off. There's no mark left on the tile, which is good. The down side is that I can't re-use the 3M streaker again, at the beginning it still tick on the wall, but it fall off a day later. My husband posted a question on Amazon and the seller rapidly responded with their solution, they are going to ship us a replacement for free. Fantastic customer service!I will see how that goes and update once I have this little "home improve project" finally done correctly.Update 09/25/2018after using this shower head for several months, now I think I would update it to 5 star.I did 2 things to make it better:1. the seller provided me another solution to put the shower head on the wall. it holds it very well and I can change the position without leaving any marks on the tile.2. I purchased a 7 feet long metal hose from Amazon and replaced the plastic hose. it's way better looking and very flexible.(new photo updated)the only thing I wish is that I can be taller so I can reach to the switch easier but that's not the product's fault, I am short than average.Overall, very pleased with this purchase, installation is easy, water pressure is fine, the look of it is very stylish.

I’ve had this shower head for about 2 months and I can’t say enough good things about it. Has a very nice rainfall look and the detachable head is powerful. Easy to install. Great overall look. Durable.

I really like the shower head with hand held attachment but I would have to get a step stool to reach the lever that switches where the water comes out from shower head to hand held or both. Also, it seems to be made of plastic (or something like it) not metal which I guess has pros and cons. It’s lightweight and it looks good in my opinion. I’m happy with my purchase.

We've had this shower head for over a month now. We love the rain feature and the hand held feature, but the holder isn't a strong design. It's an adhesive backing. We followed the instructions and even waited a few days before letting the hand held water dispenser. It held for a month, but today when I put the dispenser on its holder the holder lost it's adhesiveness and came off the wall. Scared me half to health as it also tilted the rain shower head upon the fall. It's a good product that we've enjoyed so far, but now we need to come up with a new solution to make sure the holder doesn't fall off our wall and ruin the shower.

We bought one of these last year for ourselves and have loved it so much we bought another for another apartment. However, we had been struggling with the base to the handheld showerhead falling off the wall. We bought new adhesives but, once we received the NEW set for the other apartment, we realized that the base actually has deformed over time, making it impossible to stick back onto the wall

Do Not Buy. This product is absolute trash in every sense of the word. That timeless expression "you get what you pay for" 100% applies to this item. I bought this for a custom bathroom remodel job as per clients request (wanted ORB hand/head combo) and had to return it a week later. There was nowhere for the handheld wand to go. They gave a cheap plastic part for it, but it cant even hold the wand. Like it physically cant. The wand doesnt fit. I replaced it with an excellent quality Delta head/hand combo instead. Still, embarrasing beyond belief to be called back to a clients house, and then have to stand there trying to show them how the handheld goes, only to be unable to, because u realize it physically cant go at all...- All cheap plastic parts- Adhesion/suction doesnt stay on- Handheld wand holder cant even hold the handheld!!! The locking nut doesnt fit in the holder!Stop trying to be cheap with your bathroom remodel, and get yourself an actually halfway decent shower head...

Outstanding quality and amazing color and finish. The handle portion holder holds the hand held shower suoer securely on the shower wall. Its powerfull nozzels relax and sooth your achs. I highly recommend this product.

Would have been great but the outer hose snapped and the inner plastic hose busted open. Did not work well for the rain shower unless the regulator was out and then it probably would have run up the water bill quickly. Looked nice and the holder for the wand was great.

Love our new shower head. It arrived fast and as described. Our renovated bathroom looks great!
