I was very pleased with the quality of this foot roller when I took it out of the box. Have used itevery day to alíviate planter facilitus, it doesn’tcure it but it eases the foot pain considerably.Easy to use, just roll under the foot while watching TV or relaxing.

Bought this for our son who has painful heels. I often use it too when my feet are tired and achy. It's really well made, just the right weight and shape. The knobbly bits massage really effectively.

Massages the foot well but only as good as it is used regularly. I need to discipline myself to this as it cannot help on its own. Try it.

Did exactly as I wanted, foot was hurting, used this a couple of times and it helped alleviate some of the issues, cheap and does the job, perfect.

Its ok, i didnt really help me however i think its because my condition is different so may be helpful to other people and the price its worth to give it a go

This roller is good quality. It’s heavy and solid so you can put proper pressure onto it.

I like the colour, design and ease of use. Even came with a little booklet to help with exercises.

The roller is made of good hard plastic (on the sides-wheels) and rubber (center). In my opinion, it is better to use it on carpet. If you use it on a slippery floor the wheels turn by themselves.I use it for foot/heel massage because I have heel pain and it helps if you use this roller systematically. I have also used it to massage my upper back.Overall the roller is helpful and does its job.

Pues lo que uno espera de un rodillo de masaje pa los pies... Me subo con mis 82 kilos y me aguanta perfecto y yo veo las estrellas porque me duelen los pies, que para eso lo he comprado...
