Word of warning. Pick a size bigger than waist measurement. I'm a 36,I decided to go with the Large. Good thing I did. Fits goo, but if I was to picked the medium? Probably wouldn't have covered me completely. Other than that, great workout belt. Sweating !

I read a comment from a guy who said he has a 42” waist and he was disappointed that the medium was too small for him. That one comment made me change the medium I had in my cart to the LARGE and I’m so glad I did. Just a guess, but thinking some people estimate their waist size based upon the size of pants they wear. This is a mistake for a couple reasons: First, pants makers leave some buffer so it’s not a true measurement and, second, pants stretch and can give you a false sense of your actual waistline. I also wear a 42” but am SO GLAD I picked the LARGE size belt. It arrived and I could see right away that the medium size would’ve clearly been too small, despite what their “size chart” says!! The Belt is great quality and I’ve already put it through over an hour of intense 💪🏼WORKOUT and it did better than expected. Great product; Just don’t second-guess the size MEN (unless you’re a very tiny man) -- Get the Large and you’ll be happy with the Belt. Hope this info is helpful to someone.

It's comfortable to wear during exercise and it dose get you sweaty.

Love this belt. It works for a variety of things. Support for back plus whistles the waist down with all the sweat.

More comfortable than I expected. It performs well. The Velcro works very well. Happy with purchase.

So in this review I will say upfront, I have already returned mine for a refund. Firstly, it is well made. Good stitching, excellent hook and loop velcro. The problem I had were the 2 available sizes which don't appear to be as advertised. Perhaps the one sent to me was mislabeled but it was way too small and I have a 42 inch waist. I don't understand why "waist trimmer" products like this are always made small. Pretty sure skinny people don't have as much of a need for this sort of thing....If they do they certainly don't need it more than larger sized men. I ended up ordering another product from another company that was sized as indicated and it fits very well. If you are on the thinner side or very muscular like the models who are used to advertise this product then it will probably work very well for you. If you are on the thicker side, there's a good chance you will find it doesn't fit you as well as you hoped.

I have been using this for over 6 months . good quality product, the elastic is strong and reliable and the rubber grips well and has not decomposed at all, nor has the elastic. Hand wash don`t put it in the dryer.

Great product. I love using it for my runs and long bike rides. Helps me slim down some love handles. Durable and long-lasting - I also use it for back support when I work out my core! The size is way better than the ones you'll get at other stores.

Helps with weight loss for sure as after 1 hour of cycling, the belly and love handles are sweating more than other body parts. Also it helps relief lower back pain and gives extra support when you lift weights.Build quality is excellent and the velcros stays firm. Would highly recommend this to anyone who loves working out.
