Fun Book
My grand daughter, who does dog agility, chose this book from the on-line description and reviews. She wasn't sure what to expect but was hoping the book was at least as good as the other books by the same author. When she received the book, she was thrilled. It was well worth the cost. The book is full of fun activities and the photographs are beautiful. I believe it is one of the best dog trick training books out there. The photos are motivating and the text is as well. The book exudes fun. I also want to add that the book was packaged very well and arrived promptly, and in excellent condition.

Cool book!
This is a really informative, fun book! It lists a bunch of dog competitions and games that I didn't know even existed! It also gives instructions on how to prepare and train your dog for each of the games. It doesn't give step-by-step instructions like many of Kyra Sundance's other books, but it does give good tips and ideas on how to start your dog.A really fun book that I have already recommended to my friends.

Don’t waste your money. Google things to do with dog, you’ll get the same results.
Don’t waste your money. Google things to do with dog, you’ll get the same results for free. This is NOT a training book and doesn’t teach you ANYTHING. No behaviors, no tricks. It’s is just a crappy, to-do list of random things.“Have a birthday party for your dog”.....”go to the dog park”......”go see an animal psychic“....”dye your dogs fur bright colors”These are no joke actual things in this book. Then a good half the book is random interviews of people that have dogs saying how much they love doing such-n-such things with their dog....And after all that nonsense, a portion of the rest of the ideas in this book, you won’t be able to do, due to not having the right breed of dog.....like wiener dog racing.... after that theres a long list of things that most people are going to be unable to do for cost or location reasons...like sled dog racing.... it’s pretty doubtful that anyone buying this book is just sitting around Alaska with 14 Huskys and didn’t already know about that....or the truffle snuffling “found only in Piemonte, Italy and Croatia”....because teach dog to smell fancy mushrooms & fly him to Europe is soooo realistic. And even if you do come across an idea that you are able to do....that’s all there is...just the idea. No real training methods or anything. What VERY few behavior training tips there are in here look like this...Teach dog to jump over stick : 1- hold stick up, 2- tell dog to jump, 3- reward dog...That’s it...and I am in no way joking. This should have been a free PDF on her website or given as a gift with purchase or something likewise.Sooooo disappointing because the 2 other books I have from this series were ok so I went ahead & grabbed this on Kindle since it was way cheaper but I wish I would have not been such a cheapskate and just bought the actual book...that way I could return it. I can’t even gift it now since it’s on my kindle.Have you ever looked up “things to do in.....” when you were traveling somewhere & got really lame results like “go to the beach” or “take a hike”...? That’s EXACTLY what this book is like.
