Useless Do Not Buy - Can be unlocked by squeezing it.
Item was defective, had to return it. I so badly wanted to this work. I tried to lock it for over an hour. After it was locked, it could quickly be unlocked by squeezing or rocking the device ever so slighly. Under the load of the handle bar brake spring, it will not lock.
