Iptv said 12 months prescription but it said expire February 1st 2024 and it was supposed to be for a year. 12 months.

This is a hard review to write because overall I really like this service. Lots of choices and it works as well or better than a lot of others that I've had over the years. The reason I don't give it 4 or 5 stars is because I didn't get what I thought I would. First off I signed up with this service because it showed on one of the screenshots on Amazon that it had channels from one country that I really wanted more than others but when i installed it that country was missing. I did write the company and was told that it was "a backend issue" and would be corrected. that was a few weeks ago and it hasn't been corrected. Then I noticed that the subscription was only for 6 months and not a year that I paid for. Again I was told that this was "a backend issue" and they know that my subscription is for a year but i don't trust them to remember that in June when my service stops working. In the beginning whoever I was communicating with was very quick to reply even if the answers were bullshit but now there is no replies so I guess he/she/they got tired of me complaining. It's a shame because other than that as i said there is little to know buffering and most of the channels work as they are supposed to and the choice is pretty good. If by some miracle they correct the couple of issues I have I'll try and update my review but for now I'm sticking with 3 stars.Update. I emailed again and the channels for the country I was missing were added. As for the expiration date still showing 6 months instead of a year that hasn't been fixed but the person I've been talking to me keeps assuring me that they know my subscription is for 1 year. I'm not holding my breath but at least there was some replies to my messages and part of the problems were fixed so I guess I'll raise my rating to 4 stars

The customer service is exceptional. The selection of channels is vast. Outstanding product. I highly recommend this product.

The product is advertised for 12 months subscription and you only get 30 days.. Dishonest advertising

I had a bit of trouble at first, it said invalid URL but tried later and it worked then it was showing wrong expiration but that too fixed itself. All in all, I do recommend. Five Stars.
