We Brought these to replace my daughters school shoes which the strap had given out on.we read the reviews about the shiny version scuffing and pealing but we Brought the Matt VersionMy daughter wore these for 2 days and by this time the toe tops had scuffed and pealed? her last shoes looked nearly new still apart from a broken strap so its not in keeping with her usual wear and tear.so we wasn't happy having to replace these shoes within 1 week of owning them. you can get cheaper and better quality from your local supermarket.

These shoes look lovely and were a comfortable fit but unfortunately after only one wear the toes were scuffed and the plastic patent layer just peeled off. Waste of money sadly.

Bought twice now and both times the material all scuffed off very quickly within weeks. Also what annoyed me the most is both times the velcro didn’t last very long. The velcro loses its sticky within weeks. I was very embarrassed keep walking to school with my daughter not being happy trying to stick it together every few steps and just felt I wasted my money because have to buy yet another pair now as they look tatty with velcro flapping around unable to stick and material scuff tears Again! Look lovely at first and I love that they are a wide shoe but they don't serve their purpose for more than a a month. Waste of money...

These shoes looked lovely upon arrival and the fit of them was perfect, after 2 days they have all scuffed at the front and the patent has come off. I will not be buying another pair of shoes and the order details gives me no option of returning due to this issue so I cannot contact them either! Please dont purchase these shoes as you will waste your money.

I bought these for my 5 year old, last week, partly as they seemed a bargain - good reviews, good price, but mainly because our nearest big brand shop doesn't stock styles that I think are appropriate for her age in her size. My daughter found them comfortable and they looked lovely on, so initially were very pleased. However, on the 2nd day of wear she tripped on the playground and the scuff if mahusive and exposed a light grey fabric/ mesh that looks pretty awful, I'm going to try covering it with black scuff repair, but the top layer of the shoe is ruined. I wasn't expecting them to last all year, but to at least make it til half term!

I will update once she’s been to school. But on the surface the shoes seems good quality. For the price even if you have to paint the patent every now and again I imagine they are worth it. In comparison to Clarke’s at nigh on £50. You could buy 3pairs! The size is a little larger than expected purely because the cut is deep so gives the toes lots of room.

Lovely shoe. The prime delivery was needed before the kids went back to school so we were so relieved they came on the Sunday! They're alot wider than the shoes we have bought her previously from Asda and Shoezone so a little sloppy on her little size 9 feet but she likes the look. Can't comment on durability yet as it's only been a day

These fit my daughter very well - the size guide is accurate. While they do appear to be hard wearing against normal wear, they're not especially tough for how kids use their shoes. Scuff marks on the toe end quickly lead to holes in the upper material. Could do with double layering.
