Overall I love the case but after less than a week the plastic screen protector started to become very scratched and after a couple weeks it wore permanent scratches and scuffs into it that do not wipe off and makes it harder to type on. The only other problem I have is the sound in the earphone, I know it is a waterproof case but you can just barely hear someone on a phone call with this case on.

Case did not fit phone even tried pliers to close case still didn’t get to snap into place and totally wasted my money because the case is now damaged from trying to close case so didn’t even bother with the whole long process of a return 👎

I like it and it does what it it says it will do, but this one flaw, the charging hole is too small for most cables

Took the case snorkeling in Maui and it worked perfectly! Only 4 stars as the screen already has a scratch on it, but it still works very well.

Case is supposed to be waterproof to a depth of 10m. Before using I tested by putting a paper towel in case and then submerging in my kitchen sink Attempted test twice, and the case took on water both times.The case was also underwhelming overall, less substantial than other waterproof cases I’ve used over the years. The gasket was loosely fit with high risk to come off and get lost on any insertion or removal. The case came loose in a recycled box with only a hand strap, objects inside box were not packed securely to protect. There were also no directions inside box.Glad I tested and didn’t put my new iPhone in and submerge.

Been using these cases for awhile best case hands down. I work in construction dirt, water, dust, drops, I don’t mind losing quality of the camera as long as my phone safe I know it’s the best out there. Just got my 15 pro max and man feels better than my 12 pro max big difference in holding the phone. Wish there can be black color got a feeling grey will get dirty as it ages

Case is ok. Sound is definitely muffled being it is a waterproof case. Biggest complaint is the charge port hole is only big enough to use apple cables. You can not use any other brands including anker, the tip is too thick and it won’t go in.

Paid $90 for a new case and was sent a used one that looked awful and was scratched up

Definitely not worth the high price tag, fare too mediocre at best. I’m very careful with my phone but the screen has scratches after just one week, for no reason. The screen smudges and gets finger print marks very easily. If you want to use a charging cable or a USB C thumb drive you will need to purchase a USB C extension adapter as the port is too deep for a normal USB C plug-in. I’ll keep it because of the drop and water proof features, but it’s not the best phone case out there for the money I paid!

Positive: the case is fully waterproof! Swimming, washing it daily etc.Negative: the sound from and to the phone are greatly diminished even though they advertise differently. The screen protector scratches easily and mine is already wrecked within 2 months of ownership.Manage your expectations with this case. I didn’t expect to have perfect call or sound clarity with a waterproof case but I believe it’s actually worse than my last case of the same model (diff phone). If you don’t talk on your phone much then this may still be a good case for you !
