Since I bought this neti pot my nose isn’t stuffy and like my title says it’s a breath of fresh air. It’s the first time I used anything like this and I can honestly say it’s worth every penny. I always had a stuffy nose especially the left nostril. I would grunt and snort and sniff to clear my nose. Some people would say it was just a habit but it wasn’t…it was because I was stuffed up a lot of the time. Believe it or not after first use of this neti pot I felt the clearness straight away and it’s now been four days since I used it…I believe it has maybe washed out some allergens but definitely cleaned my nose and that I never done this before. I will use it again perhaps tomorrow or so and will only use it a few times per month..it’s not recommended to use these sort of things every day. It’s a game changer so far with me but everyone is different. You get 60 salt bags with it but I also bought a pack of 140 refills which should last me a very very long time. I definitely recommend this product.

Takes a bit of getting used to but works as stated in the instructions. Is good value for money and is effective. I have nasal drip which has built up over a long period and causes a very difficult cough. The relief only lasts an hour or two but it is something. I am hoping that it works to clear it eventually.

I found this machine to be very helpful. I have just recently suffered a couple of winter bad colds not too far a part from one another and have been very blocked unable to smell or taste. I have also recently been diagnosed with a blocked sinus. I used this immediately and what a difference. I alternated the wash and blew my nose each time and it emptied out the nasty green mucus blocked up inside the nose. I still have a blocked sinus, but I have only used it the one time at the moment, but a huge difference already. And I can happily say that I have just enjoyed and tasted my first cup of coffee in weeks. It was very easy to use, instructions easy to follow too. I could certainly see this helping people who suffer with Hayfever or allergies. It really feels as though you're completely clean and washed out. Over a sink, I placed the nozzle up the nose (bottle facing upside down) and breathed in and out of my mouth. The water solution came out of the other nostril and out of the mouth. Certainly would recommend.

I have tried to sterilise these using sterilising bags. 2 bottles have now been damaged and have had to be thrown away

I was advised to start using a sinus rise due to having ongoing sinus issues, and after a bit of research I chose this one, liking the idea of the button to control the flow of water. I've never used anything like this before so I was a bit apprehensive about it. The kit arrived the next day and I summoned the courage to actually use it the following day, and found it very easy to use and a surprisingly positive and soothing experience. I really like the control that the button gives me over the flow rate, it makes the process very easy and simple to complete. Very happy customer :-)

Hallo liebe Amazonler! Heute rezensiere ich das Nasendusche Set inklusive Nasenspülsalz von CYOUH. Entdeckt habe ich das Prinzip einer Nasendusche mal irgendwann in einer Sendung im TV, gerade bei Erkältungen und wenn die Nase wirklich dick zu ist, wirkt so etwas wahre Wunder! Die Anwendung der Nasendusche ist wirklich sehr einfach. Kurz durchspülen (aufgrund vorheriger Benutzung bzw. Erstbenutzung) dann lauwarmes Wasser, gefolgt von dem Spülsalz rein, schütteln bis die Lösung sich gut verteilt hat und ansetzen und durchlaufen lassen. Zwar liegt eine englische Bedienungsanleitung bei, aber die wird nicht wirklich benötigt. Das Thermometer empfand ich als praktisch vorerst, aber nach der ersten oder zweiten Anwendung weiß man ja, wie warm das Wasser sein sollte, das kann man ja auch mit logischen Menschenverstand rauskriegen :-)! Beim ersten Mal ist es etwas ungewohnt, man sollte auch den Mund aufmachen (glaubt es mir einfach) und nachdem man sich etwas dran gewöhnt hat, ist es eigentlich sehr angenehm - zumindest bis man sieht was da alles aus der Nase so raus kommt (:D !) Mein Fazit: günstiges Einsteigerset dass sich selbsterklärend benutzen lässt und mit 30 Nasenspülsalzlösungen auch für eine gewisse Zeit reicht.

Ich bin wirklich total begeistert von dieser Nasendusche. Sie ist super einfach zu bedienen und eigentlich selbsterklärend. Auspacken, zusammenstecken, fertig. Das Wasser läuft angenehm und gleichmäßig, ohne Druck oder unangenehmes Gefühl. Die Reinigung funktioniert damit richtig gut und fühlt sich deutlich gründlicher an als bei meinem alten Modell. Ich hatte vorher auch schon eine Nasendusche, die war okay, aber lange nicht so effektiv und angenehm in der Anwendung wie diese hier. Besonders praktisch finde ich, dass direkt 60 Salzpäckchen dabei sind. Damit ist man erstmal gut versorgt und muss nicht sofort Nachschub kaufen. Für den Preis wirklich top. Ich würde sie auf jeden Fall wieder kaufen und kann sie guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Super Teil, um gelegentlich die Nase zu spülen ist es bestens geeignet. Es gibt jede Menge Päckchen mit Nasenspülsalz dazu und bei gelegentlichen Anwendungen sollte das ewig reichen. Es wird ohnehin empfohlen die Nase nur 2x die Woche zu spülen. Empfehlenswert bei einer Nasennebenhöhlen Entzündung oder verstopfter Nase!
