So much better than the aluminum pot we were using. Much better taste and don't have to worry about the aluminum issues. Easy to clean and nice to look at.

This little pot makes very good coffee. I only wish I had bought the larger size. This pot will make about 8 oz. of espresso or two demitasses. If you like Americanos than you can two full cups of coffee. But after tasting the coffee this makes straight, you may not want to go back.I also find that it is easy to clean.

My cofee is very importantin the morning, and for that matter Bialetti is the best in every point, it is a strong built that is going to last for years to come, I already have one, it was given to me by a friend so it already did had some age...this one is for my daughter

Yes, it’s a wee bit more trouble to make, but it is how coffee should taste!! Smooth, silky, creamy texture coffee is what I get from this coffee maker. A friend’s wife is from Italy, this is the only way she’ll drink coffee. Now she has us all convinced what real coffee taste like! Note, I should have bought larger pot, 4 cup is barely 1 American coffee cup. This is real coffee taste, I’m not going back after this coffee maker!

We previously had a Bialetti Brikka which I purchased on the advice of my Italian coworkers. Unfortunately we accidentally melted the handle off.The Kitty is an upgrade in every respect. Whereas the Brikka advertises that it makes 4 cups and only makes 2, the Kitty actually makes 4 cups, is easier to clean, and is more attractive overall.The ONLY negative, which is barely a negative, is that it makes almost no noise, so be careful not to forget it on the heat!

The base is to round, large and slippery to grip for opening. My hands are 5” from the center of my palm to the tips of my fingers. The handle broke off after a few years of use. Very difficult to clean out the coffee residue which leaves fresh coffee tasting rancid.

And I had received a different mocha pot as a gift. It wasn’t especially well-made, and it leaked from the gasket. I bought this one after doing a little research. There’s a video on YouTube called making cappuccino/latte/flat white at home by James Hoffmann, and - using his technique - I enjoy a great cup every morning from this Bialetti. I also like that it is entirely stainless steel in manufacture. It is more expensive than the cheaper models but to me it is worth it.
