If I were to rate the support on these from 0 to 10, 0 being no support at all and 10 being unable to move my wrists at all, these would range from a 0 to a 6 depending on how you adjust the straps, but realistically you probably wouldn't tighten them up to 6 because that'd compress your wrists and make your CTS worse.This doesn't mean they're "bad", it just means you need to be more aware of what you need these for and if they're sufficient. For me, this is probably enough (I hope.)The good:-One size fits all-Comfortable-Easy to pocket/store-Adjustable support, ranging from a 0 to a 6 or so.-Very inexpensive, especially for a two-pack-Strong velcro-I like themThe bad:-Packaged in one of those Aliexpress boxes, perfumed a bit to hide that weird fish smell they always have-Probably sold by a dropshipper/reseller. (These specific braces are sold on Aliexpress for $2 USD)-If you need them tighter for more support, you get more constriction than support, which can easily be a bad thing-The reflective wrist stripes are way too reflective, I don't think they're supposed to be, and they don't look good-The stitching around the thumb holes are a bit dodgy

The size chart put me square in the middle of "Medium," but the fit is very snug. I may order another pair in Large. The way they work is really comfortable and simple, and gives my wrist exactly the kind of support it needs. Two for a third the price of one bulky splint. Well done, I'd give it five stars except for the size issue.

Easy o put on and adjust to just the right pressure. Keep it simple and they did just that. This is an old standard and it just works. Why pay more.

I didn’t expect much for the price I paid, and it seemed like a suitable option for when I needed wrist support on the go. It is comfortable, fit my hand well, and gave my wrist a good amount of compression. Unfortunately, after only 2-3 uses, the threads started coming apart. I’d probably look elsewhere!

I've only worn one of them for a total of maybe 10hrs over the last couple days and it's coming unraveled in three different places and the part the velcro sticks to is absolutely shredded up- for reference, all I've done is play some video games and hold my phone and eat with it on and I've only snapped/unwrapped the velcro maybe 12 times MAYBE.

I accidentally waited to try these on, so now I can’t return them. I’m not sure who this will help, but it didn’t provide any support for me.

These stretchy wrist braces are completely without metal or plastic stays making them easy to put in your purse of suitcase for travel. They are comfortable to wear and great when I can't wear the big brace like to church, a wedding, dressy occasion. I also wear them when I just need something on my wrist to "remind" myself to be careful. They only provide a minimal amount of support but sometimes that is all I need.
