What is the warranty on these scissors?

My scissors purchased in 2018 have a nick on one of the blades about midway in the blade You know I can't use them to cut fabric or little else. I called Amazon and the person I talked to made me think it was my tough luck. Very unlike most Amazon Customer service problems. I feel like they should be replaced or my money refunded.
